  • Principally, in order to for the court to issue a judgement, the children should be put into consideration, meaning that the children must decide where they want to be - in Bulgaria with their farther or in Poland with their mother. As we can see from the video it does not seem to me that the children want to be with their mother. This is a real case that shows that in Bulgaria the judges can not do their job correctly and judge in favour of the wrong side!!!!! Brussels II Convention

  • The video I saw this the same thing as the other first one I saw, I just really thought that if the langauge sounds/is Russian here and I'm Polish, but I do not really hear or understand if these are Polish words.

  • For how long? Did she sign a consent form allowing him to take them on holiday or forever? Did the document also state that she was relinquishing her rights as a parent?

  • Hey no offence but nobody knows exacly what has happened, I mean the pictures shown were awful, obviously the children were taken against their will but don't be so hasty in judging rapidly that the court's decesion was illegal. I hope only for the sake of the children that they'll be ok no matter where they are. And DzveroBG watch your mounth man at least show some respect, it's always easy to comment others people situations without knowing the exact situation. Have a nice day you all..

  • NJ man coming home without son after Brazil ruling. The dispute goes back to 2004 when Bruna Goldman took her son Sean, then 4, to her native Brazil.Justice Marco Aurelio, who suspended Sean's return, said in a statement that "I think five years were enough for roots to have been formed" by Sean in Brazil. The judge did consider the fact that the boy repeatedly told the psychologists that he wanted to remain in Brazil.

  • The father was treated unequaly during the court process due to old stigma and gender preferences. This is abuse of the court process.

Bulgarian Minister of Justice needs to resign

  • When children were living for approximately 2 years in Bulgaria, Bulgaria started to be children habitual residence, but this is a subject of the local Court decision.

Art. 13 of the Convention: the judicial or administrative authority of the requested State is not bound to order the return of the child if the person, institution or other body which opposes its return ...

  • Polish Central Authority (in this case Ministry of Justice) shall test the application. It looks, that mother presented false information and it can be treated as a crime.

On the other side of the coin, when the application was received by Bulgarian Central Authority, it shall be tested for removal to be wrongful.

Ministry of Justice represented by Ms Miglena Taczewa, is wrong saying that everything is legal it is not completely legal.

  • Childrens father is claiming that he got formal agreement with mother of children authorized/approved signatures in Bulgarian Embassy in Poland. This claim is easy to verify. In case it is true the Hague convention can not be applied as there is no wrongful removal and all court proceedings in Bulgaria in regards to Hague applications must be revoked.

  • Hague Convention: Art. 13 of the Convention: the judicial or administrative authority of the requested State is not bound to order the return of the child if the person, institution or other body which opposes its return establishes that - b) there is a grave risk that his or her return would expose the child to physical or psychological harm or otherwise place the child in an intolerable situation. the Bulgarian court probably did not consider this situation deeply enough.

  • Ministers in Bulgaria? My daughter is there like prisoner to her alcoholic father and I cant take her with me in Greece, because there nobody cares for the children. All there is absurd.Bulgaria=Absurdistan!!!!

  • Hey, the greek slut, what make's you think that in Bulgaria nobody cares for the children. When you don't know something shut up. Why don't you go back to ypur shitty country and stay there.

And do use that word "Absurdistan" if it's placed in your dictionary - use it in your fucking language, alright?

The whole story about the kids is: The father took the them back to Bulgaria, because her mother was alcoholic bitch, who fucked with everybody. And she did no care for the kids...
