hah, how about giving not just the money but the means to grow one's own foods, aid them for food and water but in a way that they have the means to grow their own latter. Like wise we could do that here for everyone. There is no reason why we can't all be feed and all take care of our country with out the need of a monetary needs. We could be building a better country for our self. Then pass that ability on to anyone else. And Who needs oil when water, wind, sun, and half a dozen other sources
