I have been out of school ...FOREVER.... Never got algebra then...still do not get it now...MY BIG question is HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO EVERYDAY LIFE?...I have NEVER EVER gone into a store and purchase something that Cost abc and received xyz for change...HOW, WHEN, WHERE ,WHY and WHAT,,, WOULD I use it for?

How simple it becomes with the hands on method. Elementary Schools should do this :) My students come to me in high school never seeing anything like it.
