Just practice every day, the only way your endurance is gonna get better.

@piszczello A'ight, I' m just sayin, because firstly I felt a big tireness in my hand after a minute, but I sat down, played that, once full, a break, and then played it 3-4 times without a break. Then used guitar rig and turned the tempo higher, and played it once. From then my picking is quite fast. Maybe I should injured, but had luck, and didnt. (Obviously not the best way, but worked for me)

then when picking it at full speed (of course ur gunna alternative pick it), so then make sure your downpick is as fast as its half speed

only listen to the downpick, and the rest will do it by itself
