to Tripdango>> hey moron, the problem of lobbying comes mainly from the monetary policies supported by the Fed for decades, coupled with too much willingness and power to appropriate funds at the federal level (both parties). You focus on the symptom but not the disease. Your average Econ 101 student would know this but apparently not you.
The republicans may need a serious makeover after this and the last election. They have been acting more and more like the new democrats: more socialized costs, out of control spending, more "spreading the wealth around," and more huge promises that cant be fulfilled (free healthcare for everyone and such.) Tim Walberg is one of the few freedom-loving people still left in congress.
I see you are another Republican dinosaur. As in extinct! No political future. I hope you guys enjoy riding the vortex down the toilet with your rich pals on wallstreet. By the way you have some of ours 'The Publics' money and we want it back. Cough it up willingly while you still have time because it will get ugly if we have to take it back from all of you rich pigs and your pandering politician.
Great ad for Mark Schauer! I really want to vote for him now. Michael Moore for President! Mark Schauer for congress! I'm glad to see Mark Schauer has nothing in common with you, because you have done a terrible job the last few years and have supported every one of George Bush's stupid ideas, and now the country is paying for it.

Wake up people.
Walberg's "bold solution" to fix our economy is to blame someone else and talk about a guy who makes movies.
Walberg admitted that he's "bought and paid for" by the Club for Growth, an anti-tax, pro-business group.
Walberg has supported free trade deals and the outsourcing of jobs during his first term in Congress, voting with Bush/Cheney 93 percent of the time!
Vote for Mark Schauer and the change we need in Washington!
