You have to return to the distortion world after defeating the elite four and Cynthia (the champion), and successfully beating the game. Though Cynthia previously blocked the entrance to the turn back cave where you exited the distortion world before, she is now gone and you can enter the cave. Guess doors randomly until you find the portal to the distortion world. Looking around a bit you'll find a griseous orb. Attach this to Giratina to make it remain in origin forme outaside the D World

Seriously, I had been trying to catch that pokemon for like half an hour (with the regular pokeballs) and suddenly it chooses to do `Struggle`.. That move hits with recoil.. Guess what, Giratina fainted!

you need to beat the elite 4 and then go back here and then you have a maze to solve at turnback cave , after you have the item go out and then go back in for some rare items like reaper cloth , rare bone and stardust.
