you wasted 10 points for tactics, it works like this

tactic= every 20 points you can deploy and adition unit to the battle field,

you start with 6 units, and if you have like 20 tactics you can use 7 units

clout is for upgrade, every 2 clout = 1 upgr lvl

education is weapon lvl, every 2 edu = 1 weap lvl.

and mech apt is for weight of your units, they can carry more with more lech apt =D

played this game for like couple years, damn i miss those good old days =D

this game was tactical commanders way back in 01.. I remember spending heaps of money on nexon points to play this game.. oh the memories, this game was the best back then in terms of graphics and gameplay. I'll ditch sc2 for this game if they release tc2/sg2.

Tactical Commander was the Korean original, and I liked that version better for the most part. The tech trees and unit behaviors were entirely different, and had much more content and was updated until Nexon decided to end the service for TC. This makes Shattered Galaxy not as satisfying to play compared to the Korean original. :s

You've clearly not played SG because there is a huge difference in fun with larger games that SG provided. It will change your view on starcraft 2 and make you realize as I have that it cannot compete. :P

THEY GAVE UP ON THE GAME. There hasnt been an update in many years, and they do nothing with the game. Half finished or half removed features everywhere.

(END OF REVIEW) I putted enough effort in reviewing this game because it is actually my very first MMORPG and I delved into it for a year :D. I'm not a payer but someone paid for me the reason why I got hooked for a long time. I believe I started playing this game 8 years ago. If you're a hardcore gamer who likes real time strategy game without looking much into graphics then this game is for you, otherwise, it's not.

It is a free game and you have the option to pay for it. I could tell firsthand that it is very disadvantageous not to pay. There are plenty of benefits that a payer could have compared to non-payers but I'm going to stop my own review now :). Oh, and there's actually two planets but I could very well say that it is a copy paste of the old planet(Relic) the only difference is that the players of the 2nd planet(Morgana Prime) are much more high leveled.

There's a science lab that enables you to equip your units with weapons, armor, and miscallenous items(such as seen in the review on the cloaked/stealthed units) and the limit to how much or how powerful you can put to your units depends on your stat. There's also a guild system/mercenary system but I won't delve into that. Basically, as a new player, you won't enjoy it as much but if you go around the concept of the game it is actually fun.

that the game isn't very welcoming to new

players. The generation of today likes great

graphics. It is obviously outdated. There's also the gameplay. The variety of units is broad (as seen on the review) and it's actually just the tip of the iceberg.

(START OF MY REVIEW). It's actually a pretty balanced game in my opinion. There's a PR(Power Rating) system that limits the number of people going in a battle based on their PR. For example, the maximum PR in a battlefield is 9. It means that only 3 players with 3 PR can actually enter it per faction and etc. The only thing that will decide the outcome of the battle is the skills of the player, his units, stats, and equipment of the units.

You make it sound as if it is really hard to have controll of your units when all you really have to do is use "Backspace" to target all your units instead of doing it they way you did.

This is a really simple game, you were just useless on it. Also, once you get higher level you can travel to another planet, that planet has alot more players on it.

The only thing I think you got right was that it is indeed an old game. The game is filled with strategy and different possible stat combinations that you really have to spend time learning about. What this game was back then is a very popular and one of the most revolutionary MMOs back in 2001 when the playerbase was huge and there was and extraordinary amounts of content with several planets and factions. Now, what you're looking at is just a wrinkled, starved remains of a once great game with the contents stripped and playerbase practically gone.

Clout allows you to get Higher Tier Units faster..Mech Apt affects the weight of your units which allows you to get better armor.Education allows you to get better and more advanced Weapons.
