I was there antistalinist, and I'm management. You obviously are much more productive... spending your time in a worthy effort! A professional critic of something you know absolutely nothing about.

The lack of enthusiasm with this group may be inherent in over worked and under compensated factory workers. But my experience tells me they are hung over and sleepy from a 'day off' at seminar.

It's a shame they don't show more motivation to learn since their employer is likely paying 100 dollars per trainee, not to mention time lost being away from production.

One has to wonder whether or not the sales people and top mgmt made it to this seminar. If not then, double shame and muda (muda).
