  • If I drink a few cups of water I go to the bathroom like 8 times within an hour. My bladder is super bladder.

  • Good Idea but if you drink to much to fast you can lower your sodium level and make yourself tired. This also lowers you metabolism. I used to have a 1 litre bottle but i had to switch out to 750 mL just so i don't go over 850 mL each hour.

  • @LimikkinSixx thats right that right at the end of the day..... check out TMW and you can lose weight fast. Im living proof. Im doing compound exercises and drinking water and eating smaller portions spread out throughout the day and my fat loss journey is solid!

  • Firstly you must not reuse a plastic bottle because the platic reacts with the floride in the water and starts degrading also must not leave plastic water bottle in a car in hot weather again the sunlight and heat will react with the plastic which is cancer causing.   • @lantyboy696 water and protein r 2 different things that your body needs, water is just essential and protein is to help build.. you should drink a gallon because your body uses that much in a day (sweat,breathing,urinating) so yea just keep drinking to keep your strength at 100% and lift big!

  • i moved to australia and it is hot and humid. i drink at least twice as much water as when i lived in new zealand, because i get thirsty.

  • Before i found out how important water is to your body i think i only drank 2-3 glasses per day. Now when i have found the love for water i usually drink about 4-5 liters per day (never cola, sprite, fanta etc. or coffee. Makes me go to the bathroom a lot more but it makes my body work so much better :)

People that drink water in excess seek medical advice and talk to their personal trainer, they're under supervision, unless you've been told otherwise please drink the recommended allowance of water which in the UK is 2 litres (including water in tea/coffee) a day, dont over exceed it.

  • for the record...drinking that much water in the short amount of time that you claim you drank it in will deplete the electrolyte levels in your body leading to problems. I too dont believe he really drank that much water.

  • @shermanbob100 Sorry but NO ONE CAN LOSE 28lb (2 whole STONE) IN A WEEK! NOT EVEN A MONTH! unless you do like 5 hours "cardio" PER DAY (or even more), plus eat like a 1000 calories LESS than you would eat in order to maintain body weight.

    Burning 3500 calories is the equivalent to burning "1x lb" of body weight, most people find it hard to burn just a little 1000kcal (0.3 lbs) in a whole 60 minute 'cardio' session.

    Do the math and you will understand why this is NOT POSSIBLE lol

  • @FLStudioBBuild3r you must not know wrestlers then... they are perfectly capable of cutting 28 pounds in a month most do.... yea.. 28 in a weeks is really pushing it..... but it still can be done.. not recommended because it maks you feel like crap.. as for only losing.. .03 pounds per workout.. on average i would lose 3 pounds a practice.. usually, and have lost up to 10 pounds in a practice..

  • @GoldenChief Very much agree, I forgot to mention that I am an "endomorph" and sometimes I forget that the majority of people are not endomorphs, but still think even a "ectomorph" or "mesomorph" would find it extreamly hard to burn 2 stone in one month and find it impossible to do it one week, maybe I'm wrong but even if you was to burn all that weight in that short time, a majority will be "muscle weight" and like you said you'll probably feel like crap... good reply though mate

  • @FLStudioBBuild3r A 3 hour wrestling practice probably burns almost a pound of fat. And you're forgetting that you can diet 15 pounds in a week if you're determined, then lose another 10 in water weight.

  • @mtinch7 Maybe for "ectomorphs", I've since read up on "body types" which pritty much determines everything......but I will stay adiment that IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE 2 STONE IN ONE WEEK AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE IT IN A WHOLE MONTH :o and if you do lose that much body weight I can assure you that at least a third will be "muscle weight" (going by past experience and research). I don't watch wrestling, as it seems fake!!! I like boxing and cage fighting!

  • @FLStudioBBuild3r Two thirds would be WATER WEIGHT. Keep a high protein diet with med-low carbs along with wrestling practices every day and you'll lose quite a bit of fat with no muscle loss, even muscle gain if you work out harder than normal. I've lost 7.5 pounds in the past week and a half not even doing any extreme dieting and none is water weight. I'm a mixture of endomorph and mesomorph, I gain and lose pretty easily, have a rectangular shaped body, but a slower metabolism.

  • I drink 4-5 16.9oz bottles a day and I thought that was a lot. I guess not. But I can't stand the taste of tap water and buying enough bottled water to drink 8 bottles a day...that can get pricey. Oh well, my 4-5 bottles seems to be working just fine for me. 3lb loss this week. :)

  • You're right, I've been doing that since summer; you've gotta be able to visualize your gallon somehow. I work out in the sun for 9 hours in the summer so for me it's really important, I probably need 1.5 - 2 gallons on those days. I've a strong disposition to kidney stones, which makes sense considering I can't play a game of fooseball without sweating through my shirt haha. An added piece of advice is simply to monitor your pee too, it's an indicator that cannot deceive.

  • I lost 21 kg, i had 79kg total weight of my body. I just used to drink a little water and i didn't drink it when i feel thirst. drinking exess water can't help in loosing weight.
