I don't know why people of Arakan call them self Rohingya; when we spik same language bangaly, and we look same and we are same people I belive, If they call them Bangaly then we will get more suport from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and from all south asian countries

Hi sanowar! People of Arakan call them self Rohingya because they were born in Arakan and i think you dont know arakan old name was rohang .and rohingya means people from rohang.Not from Bangladesh .Who said you that we speak same language? similarity does not mean same.Chines and Japanes peoples also look like same but they are not same.Bangali mean who belong to Bengal or Bangladesh.if we belong to Arakan why we need to use term Bengali?we never been there!we never seen bengal or your desh

Bangladesh and State of Arakan is Same country. We are same people; so why not make a South Asian Union? Or make a union of Bangladesh and Arakan, and fight for the Fredom of Arakan State.
