This is exactly what I'm experiencing right now. I tried their website, couldnt sign in as it wouldn't recognize the domain name of my msn addy. I live in a rural area where there is constant problems with landlines. I've had this service for 16 years. Ready to not have a land phone at all even with spotty cell service through Sprint here. They can't offer me internet, and they can't guarantee their wireless service will be better because they use the same towers. You are much more cool about it
You are one of the most none intelligent people I have known. If i have to wait for more than 10 minutes on hold with anyone, I change ISP. You call ISP when they clearly show their hours and close at 5. You do disgust me. The biggest failure of you was you choosing a cheap internet and now knowing that you get what you pay for.

He is frustrated because they took forever to fix his issue and then will not credit him when it was promised. ATT sucks. They say that we owe them over 1000 + dollars after we closed our account. Their is no termination fee that could be that high. ATT Sucks hands down. It amazes me that you are fussing about this guys video claiming he got poor customer service.
AT&T Service in FLORIDA sucks to. I had forgot to pay my bill so i called them and paid it because they turned off my internet. they told me it would be back on in 1-2 hours never came back on so i called them back i was on the phone with them for 10 hours before they turned my service back on.. I will be on the phone and it get crackling it does not interference with my internet but they keep telling me it is my phone when it does it with every phone in my house.
You stated that the problem they found was with a wire in the back of your building, was it in the building or outside the building. The only reason I ask is because they actually aren't responsible for the wiring of your building, but rather everything up to it. Just sayin'.
ATT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY. BEEN ON THE PHONE NOW FOR 3 HOURS & STILL CANNOT SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON.

I would call the emergency line for Customer Service. They should be able to help you past closing then.
