well hey i'm doing a project on crimes against humanity and most of my classmates are doin the holocaust but i wanna let people know whats happening in places like darfur and Kenya especially so do u guys wanna tell me what exactly is goin on in kenya??
i know about the elections and the tribal tension but i wanna hear some your parts on it
am a kenyan but dis is a major problem here i think the shoot-kill policy will help if only tha army joins, because dem fools will see that tha govt. is serious bout it----there is a sayn that say ----AMANI HAIJI ILA KWA INCHA YA UPANGA
But I thinik they did care ... maybe at the beginning of their political career. Along the way they change, become comfortable, then greedy, then dishonest, then power hungry and disconnected to our suffering.
Shame on them all.
None of them can offer us what we need.
We have no saviour to invest our hopes and dreams in, so we must surely act for ourselves to claim our justice.
U r right that we too easily blame the west for Kenyas election fraud & its dire consequenses. They is NOT to blame, it is us, and us alone.
We see you Australia, as a shining example of all that is good that can come from post colonialism. Well done to you...in this way you inspire us & cause your selfs great credit.
And then you ruin our good opinion by denying us immigration.
We want to love the west & especially Aussies. But is hard to love Aussies if they do not like us back.
What???!!! Australia, a "shining example"????? Hardly! Australia pulls along with its history a horror of mistreatment of the indigenous peoples there. No, Australia is not a shining example, unless you want to speak about racist prejudice. Australians are as much shit as the rest of the invading Europeans. Period.
Obviously, you're about 20 years old, and a follower of your outsted president. (Right wing.) You have much growing up to do, for you've not understood my comment. If you were old enough, you'd know more clearly what happened in Rwanda in '94.
its not gonna be easy to heal from all these. from now until GOD knows when, kenyans are raising murderers. these kids have witnessed their parents hacked or shot to death, their houses burnt and their sibblings killed by rival groups and POLICE. how can we put the fabric bac together? our future generation has witnessed the worst brain poisoning...we cant trust each other in our country...HOW WORSE CAN IT GET FOR US??LORD SEE US THROUGH
Some powerful words here from Kenyans. I hope that God smiles upon you and gives you patience and strength.

As usual, the rest of the world could care less about these happenings in Africa. Seems rather like Rwanda, 1994.
Shame on the West, and shame on Africa!!
