Hi, if my memory sevres me correctly(hopefully it does) the second technique in this demo is called Kote Dori, but as mekugi quite rightly says some Ryu ha have very similar techniques...

I practice aikido, and this looks somewhat familiar to me. Perhaps there's some link with aikijujutsu?

Very surprising. The second waza shown looks like a straightforward ikkyo omote.
There are a couple of different ryu that have similar techniques. Asayama Ichiden Ryu is one that comes to mind immediatly.
