Rich Nagel merely used a synthesizer to produce high-quality version of the originals, there's no remixing here. Grab the midi-files and put them inside any MIDI keyboard synth and you'll hear this.

GO TO OPEN TTD its a remake has hundred of mods to play with on the game still play it need the old ttd files to make it work right =) just sharing the love for a game that shouldn't be forgotten any time soon.

I played with this for like 4 ever. It was like my main game.

I remember liking the theme so much that I stayed on the main menu for like the whole song.

I thought that I wouldn't part with it. Ever. Then TTD came and took over as my main game. then parted with that because my bros wanted to update me.

And I cried for like 4 ever over it. Then OTTD came on and now it is number 2. Seriously. I think this game will b like 4 ever my classic game.

And still I hate the remix of this music. XD

ZOMGwtfbbq... this brings back soo good memories of being a little noob with my favorite game on the 486 dx2 with 4mbs of ram and soundblaster 16bit power! How the millions fell in! This music definatly made the game an extra blast to play for hours on hours.

This is not "by" Rich Nagels - the music was composed by John Broomhall. It's not good etiquette to pretend being the author of a creation when you're not.

On the other side, I'm looking forward to the day someone actually records this with a real band... preferably a good band.

Until then, John Broomhalls "lesser quality" is frankly the best version! :)

I think he means you should give credit to the composer, and indicate that Mr. Nagels arranged. Otherwise, "music by so-and-so" indicates the originator.
