(EX: In this video, 00 = Mario & 27 = Sonic. So in this case, I made

Imagine each 00 as Mario & each 27 as Sonic. Four Marios on each row and four Sonics on each row as well. Makes sense, huh? If you placed 00000000 00000000, that would equal 8 Marios on the top row. To make a second row, just add another line.
