The simple solution is to reduce the law enforcement personnel, vote to reduce taxes in every way shape and form avoid buying anything that will provide your state with taxes on a product. There are way to many civil servants on the payrolls some states have numbers as high as 22%. These tax collects have only one propuse to steal from the working class through the issuing of tickets!
