This may not have a name other than the flood control drainage ditch. I have never heard it given a name. A quick call to the City of Enid could probably give you an answer.

This eventually runs into Boggy Creek. What is it called here and while it runs beside Hwy 412? I took a picture of it as I exiting 412 to 30th street and didn't know what to call it? How would I find out?
