  • Through out my life, I always found myself thinking why things are the way they are. a day has not gone by where I havent thought about what lies inside and out of our universe, history, or other random thoughts. lately, I feel as though this kind of thinking influence these anxiety attacks. now I fear if I think the wrong thoughts, an attack will happen. Is this normal?

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried - Supreme Panic Magic (Sure I saw it on Google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy after many years kissed good bye the anxiety issue with it.

  • @thesamplan101 maybe i will.although there really isn't much out there left that i haven't seen. but maybe i will.

  • Alot of times when I feel anxiety I feel nauseous. Is that normal?

  • @cannedshoes Well for me it is! I get so nauseous that I can't think straight or breath.

  • Well, I can only assume that you do suffer from anxiety/panic attacks. They are similar. My suggestion is this: When you feel one coming on, breathe slowly and take in your surroundings slowly. Do not allow the fear, anxiety or frustration control you. You are in control, not your feelings. Panic when you are already facing anxiety only adds more stress. Keep telling yourself you will get through it, because you will. These are very real for a lot of people, but they simply choose to ignore it.
