Hmmm, never seen a sliced piece of cheese used before :) I typically don't use butter but will give it a try. Glad to see you use all individual ingredients instead of the typical jar junk you can buy in the store. Pre-made food is never as good as individual components! A nice blend of ingredients!
@dude123489 Italian restaurants usually serve shredded cheese. Some American restaurants (like Bob's Big Boy) put sliced cheese on top. I use sliced cheese because it is simple. I don't want to buy too many different types of cheese. We use sliced cheese on everything: hamburger, steak, potatoes, spaghetti.. The butter in spaghetti is not necessary, but it adds flavor to the sauce and gives it a rich taste, yummy. But too much cheese and butter is never good for your health or hips:)))
