  • 4:00 A man did that to me once and I thought it was sneaky AND sexy as hell LOL... Just a tip for you guys out there... You might get slapped and she might hate you for a few seconds... But us woman really love that little trick that Ernest pulled off... It'll pay off in the long run...Trust me... You'll see, just try it once. That one guy that did that to me when I only knew him for a couple weeks... Well we dated for almost 15 months LOL

  • 3 nimrods went to jail.

  • I love the speech at the end of this video starting at 7:56

  • At 3:37, why was Lyle sad and/or angry, especially since Ernest wondered at 3:42. I wonder if he was sad and/or angry because Ernest was mentioning that he (Ernest) will be released soon. If so, that was strange because at the end, Lyle helped Ernest to escape by knocking out Reuben who was preventing him from escaping. Plus, Ernest invited Lyle to escape with him but, Lyle said that he would rather stay in prison saying he doesn't belong out of prison that his home is the prison facility.

  • @afriendofbean He was sad because The Warden said he was getting out "horizontally" which means he will be killed in prison and leave dead and angry because Ernest didnt know what was coming to him and maybe a little guilty he helped Nash with the plan

  • @FilmsKayCee That sounds true. I can definately tell when the Warden told Ernest that he will be getting out by saying "yeah you'll be getting out horizontally" was like he was hiding a secret in the kind of voice he was using. Also yes, Lyle probably did feel guilty for helping Nash make the switch especially since Lyle never spoke at all. Probably Nash and Reuben are the crime partners and Lyle is not with them where he only met them in jail and was arrested for a different reason.

  • At 3:53, if Nash was the real Ernest, the real Ernest would hold up his finger and lift one eyebrow up at a time and say "oh yes Charlotte after all I am Ernest P. Worrell, the kind of guy who doesn't like to make a mess, know what I mean", haha.

  • i think ernest had a Multiple Personality Disorder :PPP lmao

  • ah shooting more than 6 bullets in a 6 shooter

  • Lyle ...always made my heart feel shitty when that scene came up. He doesnt want ernest to die, ernest said he was his friend!!

  • @xXx13cornholio13xXx I guess maybe the reason why he saved Ernest and let Ernest escape was because, maybe he felt bad for Ernest that Ernest was tricked and put in jail, mostly because it was Reuben's idea for Nash and Ernest to make the switch and not Lyle's idea, especially since Lyle is not a henchman of Nash and Reuben. (I know Nash is the bad guy leader and Reuben is the henchman). Since Nash and Lyle are cell mates, maybe Nash was forcing Lyle to cause crimes in the prison facility.

  • This is my favorite Ernest movie.

  • The ground hogs are bringing your mail lol

  • 8:17, I don't see the point of that since it doesn't kill him

  • poor Rimshot :'(

  • ernest the rapist!!!!!

  • I wished I could've given Nash a kiss. He could've pinned me to the couch.

  • The dark Ernest is just like James Franco

  • O.o well its no wonder why Mr. P is the sour puss he is! look what he has to deal with every night he leaves!!

  • poor doggie

  • You are Slimers P.Worrell! 7:37

  • I love Bobby's face. :D

  • Ernest is the best

  • Hahaha, thats bullet proof alright. Enest was funny if you can get the humor. Loved his movies!!!!!

  • I just thought of something. If they kept a loaded revolver in a drawer, what would the person working there think if they opened the thing?

  • Charlotte is in bad need of a spanking

  • Wow! They put him in an electrified cage, they stuck a gun to his head, they slammed his face against a plastic wall, they shoot at him to prove it's bulletproof capability... and he didn't fire them! I wish I had that kind of job security.

  • That's true but, maybe they were trying to show what a good job they're doing as security guards and they were probably hoping that he would give them a higher promotion at the bank if they showed him what a good job they were doing.

  • Picking turnips with a step ladder....I never did understand that expression???

  • it's because they're underground, and having to use a step ladder to get to them (6 fix under)

  • 8:01 So it comes to this. A pointless miserable edge to it. Shallow, meaningless, life, but is as it should be. It's the hand in dealt and I have to play as it lays. Oh I'm not going to cry because life's thrown me a curve, and I'm not gonna whine because I got mash potatoes and french fries because that's what I wanted. It's time for me to step up to the plate! Belly up to the bar! It's time for me to look fates square in the eye! Flare my nostril! Free the life last breath! It's time for me to

  • I don't know why but I find ernest / jim funnier as mr. nash....I guess because it's hard to take jim seriously as a villian!

  • he threw that dog the fuck away

  • lol all that confidence talk to wine at the end of this post.lol jim you was cold.lol

  • that is the saddest acting ever. I miss jim varney.

  • What is the saddest acting ever? Are you talking about Jim Varney? Peace!

  • I mean the monologue where he's in the jail cell before the execution. sad, but powerful acting

  • That's true that it was sad but, he was lucky that the electric chair wasn't fixed that well because as soon as they turned it on when he was sitting in it, he didn't die. I guess since it wasn't fixed too well, there wasn't too much power which is why he didn't die or, maybe he's stronger than electricity and can prevent himself from dying if electricity jolts through his body. (Maybe that's why he became magnetic after getting electrocuted with electric powers because he's strong).

  • The start of the movie established that whenever Ernest gets electrocuted, he doesn't get hurt, but rather something weird happens to him. He got magnetic at first, turned into a lightening bolt shooting superhero the second time, and finally got polarized. Something random seems to happen every time.

  • Yes, I remember those strange things that happened to Ernest whenever he got electrocuted. (I also remember that he got magnetic a second time because he got electrocuted by some electric wires either in his bathroom or in his basement when he was getting ready to go on a business meeting with his friend Charlotte). Also, the time when he became a lightening bolt superhero, I think he was magnetic too because all the metal came off the security guards and was attaching to him.

  • One other thing, I know you did mention how Ernest didn't get hurt whenever he got electrocuted but, I wonder if he was getting hurt because, as the electricity was jolting through his body, he was shaking and making sounds. Probably in order for Ernest to become magnetic, become a shooting superhero, and get polarized, he probably had to receive a little bit of pain first from the electricity in order for it to give him power. (It's still strange that he gets electrocuted without dying).

  • @afriendofbean probably has something to do with the fact that as he is electrocuted his body chemistry changes in order to store the charge, just like a battery.

  • That's also true. It looks like electricity either likes him which is why it doesn't kill him or, it's a reward from God that he doesn't die. Like, when he got electrocuted in the electric chair, God gave him a reward to give him electric powers so he can escape just to teach the police a lesson that he's Ernest and not Nash. The second reward was when he got polarized where that reward from God is so he can battle Nash while being polarized which helped him.

  • "Death row? You mean like the chair, the hot seat, dead meat, deep 6, it's over pal, you're outta here bub, the groundhog's are bringing you your mail, you're picking turnips with a step ladder, the no tomorrow row? That kind of row? Oh no. The row?"

  • The grim reaper shadow at 8:20? Yeah, I see it.

  • Oh my gosh, awesome.

  • @AspergersDude2008 i never noticed that until now

  • 5:48 LOOOOOL

"and you pal you're not getting any more of MY business!"

  • Did anybody else see the grim reaper shadow
