I train in MT and BJJ and I have a similar build to him. I started out in MT. I can tell you that if he trains traditionally, he's a hell of a lot stronger than he looks. Training hard in MT gives you muscle you will never lose. A lot of MT guys look small but are just as strong as some of the weight lifters at the gym, especially when it comes to controlling someone.
