I have the Pygmy Falcon II, and those water bottle holders are super convenient versus adding pouches to the sides. It is a great compact/midsize pack to take to work each day. The support strap system keeps it tight to your back.
If Maxpedition put those dual holders on the Falcon II, that would make it even better. I am trying to figure out whether to add a Falcon II, Condor II, or Vulture II to use for 72hr/prep/BOB pack, so I appreciate your entertaining, detailed, and clear videos, thanks.
Has the Falcon II always had such curvy shoulder straps? Thought that was a selling point of the Pygmy only. Are they the same strap design? Feeling the falcon II for a compressed edc as my noatak is wearing my shoulder out and the new typhoon backpack isn't great. thank you for the excellent videos. As others have said, they certainly are clearer than most.
Trying to decide between the Falcon-II in Foliage or Khaki/Foliage. I like the Khaki/Foliage, but the Foliage looks it a little cleaner - and more stealthy/tactical. What do you think?
Great vid as usual. I have the Falcon II Khaki/Foliage as well as the Jumbo Versipack in the same scheme. It is an awesome combination. I made an OD Green/Foliage King Cobra survival bracelet and found it to be a nice combo as well, would like to see something from Maxpedition in that scheme. Thanks for the reviews.
Hi Roz Awsome Review once agian and in my appion is the kaki/Foliege is awsome i'm not a huge fan of the blue or the Orange the Orangecould be great for a Emergency bag
@mokyan7 I ended up going with the Foilage. It's great, but looking back I probably should have went with the Khaki/Foliage, haha.

@agentcircus Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Which did you decide on? I like the Foliage in general, myself.

falcon 2 or condor 2? for a survival pack or overnight to 2 night camping?

For hiking the colors are good. For a bug out bag in urban I prefer black, and in outdoor I prefer khaki or green.
Just curious. When would you buy the regular, and when you would buy the full size? I personally see the full size as being more useful.

Respectfully and tastefully.

The new colors are HORRID and I think Maxpedition is making a big mistake in what appears to be an attempt to hit a broader market.

All four are good looking colours. Im sure if you were to buy them all you would have a colour to cover all situations and uses.
OD Green: Discreet camping (when you dont want attention from others)
Khaki Green: Camping with friends/family.
Royal Blue: Burb's/Shopping/urban.
Orange: Medic, Fire, Search & Rescue.
