he's using a packet editor and changing the details on the client side, but not the server side. His character is level 2 on the server. but the client says level 100.

In other words, his stats are still level 2, but the level is being called level 100.

That's easy, this is only able in PC versions, you download extra PSU stuff, cheatengine is a great tool, but most games now adays you can edit ANYTHING in the offline version *which is what he was using*

actually pysco, most people that hack games have they're own "nonhacked" character. I'm speaking for most game hackers out there, but from my experience I enjoy the thrill of knowing that I hacked it. It's fun to me.
