@CiaranMcVeigh It is not the practice of ALL old cantonese films to have any subtitles, whether english or chinese, except that when songs are being sung, chinese subtitles would appear.

50年代香港的光輝是何等的令人神往. 有淳樸的街頭文化, 有藍天白雲, 風風雨雨的氣候, 人們是何等的平和清靜, 沒有互相相害的機心.
孩子們各區到處都有恬靜的休閒的地方, 如山邊, 如住宅的樓梯口, 如各小區的小公園, 現在只有商場文化, 休憩地方只有商場的快餐店, 還是要付錢的. 可是也都是紛擾不堪.
沒有平靜的地方.

@hkgalbert : 此片是我於1990代用VHS錄自亞視的深夜粵語長片節目。 現今亞視不大播映舊電影, 此片甚少重播, 也不見有影碟買。
