Great job doing in 36 mins, late comment u know but emotion ammo makes em scream laugh etc out loud and draws skirts attention as u foun once, and itwasnt even on that difficulty. I heard that hiding in dumpster things, they can smell you( would make sense lol )

@ShinsoShikai i bought 2000 bullets for the tranquilliser pistol on my first playthrough and on my BBE playthrough on the same save, i was given back everything exept that ammo! Is that a 'the boss extreme' handicap or just a little glitch? im running low! :P thanks for the great walkthroughs they are AMAZING :D

I believe on The Boss Extreme your ammo capacity is cut down to barely anything. I'm guessing that's why you lost it all. The transfer to the new difficulty wouldn't allow all that ammo to carry over.

No no, I didn't do this in one sitting. I worked by Acts while playing. Completed Act 1, then took a break, then Act 2 later, etc. etc.

As for staying motivated, I don't really know. It did get frustrating sometimes and made me want to quit every once in awhile, but every time I completed a section or an Act it felt really satisfying, which made me want to keep going.

I agree. The AI's capabilities should be beefed in my opinion. They can't see or hear as well as a normal person, let alone someone trained in the military.

It's not instant. I did the normal pause, cutscene skip, but its a waste of time on the video, so I just cut out that little 2 seconds when making the clips.

It generally tells you how to use each item in the description, or when you have it highlighted in your quick inventory using R2/L2

I'm not doing it as fast as the video shows. I just didn't feel skipping them was worth the 2-4 seconds they waste.

I'm almost 100% sure that anything that only restores stamina is allowed to be used.

I only think this, because the Syringe is allowed to be used throughout the game, but I do know for sure that life items are not allowed.

You have to mash triangle the moment you begin the dive. You should catch the ledge if you dive close enough.

I'm just trying this on normal to get a better hang of it, do you have any idea whether or not (Act 1 part 4) an endless wave of PMC's show up? I didn't see it in your video, but it's painfully annoying sneaking around and tranq'ing the enemies while more and more come. Also, is the enemy movement much different from hard when on extreme? I doubt i'll be able to clear BBE anytime soon, but I'm working on it :P

I'd just like to get a hang of the game first :P

There shouldnt be any endless PMC area's. There are places where they'll show up for awhile, but none that I know of that are endless.

I never played hard, so I don't know how different it would be.

this tactic does not work at all, no matter how many times i try it, if i tranq the guard at 4:39, he gets found within about 10seconds, if i bump into a guard with the mk II, then go behind and electric, the moment the stealth comes off the guard does a 180 spin and goes "a robot!" (how the f*ck do they know?)

From the pause menu, in order to get out a half a second faster (if you want to improve your time...) you can just hit start rather than exiting out of each menu...

Btw don't know if it owuld make your life easier but, at 2:43 enter the building behid you, go to the roof, cross the skywalk, knock out the sniper, climb down ladder and you'll avoid 90% of the firefight and save all those tranqs you used =]

I got big boss rank and all i did was run behind em till the tank came, then i ran through the side like you did, layed on my belly and tranqed 3 PMC soldiers and if you crawl out and go to the drumpster they'll say " got my back?" Thats what i always do and it works :S

I have yet to see Crysis on a good computer in person. So I can't say it's better or worse. But MGS4 is definitely top notch. It has some of the best graphics on a console game so far. It is very good looking. And I only get to play on a Standard TV. I want to see it on a High-def flatscreen.

If you attack lik 2 or 3 PMC troops, then the Rebels don't bother you. They become your allies.
