  • caffine, a well known, drug....

  • LOL I completely forgot about this vid, thanks for the answer.

  • I agree completely. Mind and Body are being consistently abused, through the schooling system and the crap people eat. They're not at fault, it's hard to find alternatives when you are only supposed to be limited to three viewpoints of the world.

You can tell its deliberate too - schools dumb you down and encourage you to buy junk food, which in turn helps the government which is opressing you anyways. It's well known that the reason junk food is cheaper is because its far more subsidized.

  • You're right. Charlotte Iserbyte has a video "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of the World" that is truth coming from someone who worked as the head of national schooling revealing the plots of the indoctrination system.

  • Farmer's markets is a less expensive place to shop for organic meat, cheese, eggs, vegetables, and fruits.

  • I Gots 1 word for you WINTER i live in iowa.

  • hello and thank you for the great aproach and knowledge that you share with us, mostly i can feel your heart talking and this is wonderful!

  • Hempseed oil is extraordinarily healthy, and farmers cannot currently produce this wonderful oil because of overly strict laws regarding hemp. Ron Paul has stated that he will end laws regarding industrial hemp, and the drug war entirely. Sorry if I might be spamming.

  • I'll copy this and post it on his posts thank you i never knew that

  • Definitely not either! Our family does enjoy meat. I would however like to cut out the artificial hormones in our meats and animal products, but doing so is expensive (short of buying our own farm). I have had pasture-fed and range-fed meat before, and it tastes SO much better! Of course we also enjoy fruits and veggies and grains, and want to have even more, on a healthier level. There's nothing like a sun-ripened, pesticide-free tomato!, vs. commercial greenhouse variety.

  • I can only point to veganism as an alternative to eating healthy for a low budget. I don't expect you to stop, but eating meat once or twice a week is better than every day, and will save you enough to buy organic veggies and fruits. I believe learning starts with what you eat, no soda, refined sugar, ect. Ever wonder why poison is cheaper than natural food? I will be making a video about this soon.

  • Yeah, I've wondered that before, too (poison I mean). We don't do much sugar as it is...no pop, extremely little candy and desserts, etc. We don't really have meat everyday, only about 3-5 times/week. Mostly we eat pastas and breads and such. I do know that what our family does NOT eat has made a HUGE difference, especially considering our oldest has ADHD (unmedicated and doing fine) and various developmental disabilities. Diet plays a key role in her behaviours that's for sure!

  • Yes, the link between food and behavior is a strong one. Think about it, schools destroy learning, doctors destroy health, govts destroy freedom. It really is up to us to teach the children the truth and how to free themselves.

  • I don't know how expensive they are, but try kosher meats as an alternative.

  • Kosher meats are quite expensive, out of our budget, and we didn't really find much difference besides simply how they are cut and bled. Anyway, it is really no effect on children's behaviour...it is more the range-fed and pasture-fed animals that make a big difference in health and all.

  • So how does one AFFORD financially to go organic? I would love to, but financially our family can't afford it. I know that health-wise, how could we afford NOT to? But one must also think of family budgets. Got some advice for me??

  • Yes, I'd like to know if you're a vegetaraian or a vegan? I have many options for you to choose from.

  • Great! Thanks for posting this! I have cut out all processed foods and sugars for about a month now and have noticed quite a difference in the way I feel. I feel more energetic, less fatigued and am generally in a good mood. I suggest people shop at their local farmers market, or try growing some of their own veggies and fruits. I wish I had been home schooled, but now I have the chance to make a difference for my own children. Thanks!

  • this is great! i find it hard to find likeminded people. people i know always make uneducated comments when i tell them that my daughter only eats organic foods, no meat (but she does have fish) and NO SUGAR or processed foods, hydrogenated oils, MSG etc. i try to educate them but they are often blank walls! thanks

  • You're very welcome. It's good to hear from freethinking individuals like yourself. Organic is the way, and eating "no sugar" is the truth. Glad to see that you know about the other ingerdients too.
