Grabovski is from Potsdam in East Germany. At age 3 his family moved to Belarus, which was at the time a Soviet Republic.

If a Chinese decent male is born in India, at the age of 3 moves to China, lives there 'til he's 20, plays on the Belarussian national teams, would you refer him to be an Indian? He may have been born in Germany, he's still Belorussian.
