So because the woman did not want to date the guy she is now guilty? So she should have said yes out of empathy? Its her fault that he put handcuffs on her and thereby her fault that he was arrested because of it? If he went to the extent that he handcuffed her, then rest assure he was most likely stalking her prior to that. In all honesty I think TFL have a bias and thereby judge all scenarios through that bias. You cant see things through an objective lens thats why there is no credibility.
