  • They were mislead by realtors! Those on the front lines of selling expensives homes.

  • Of course people were not able to pay their mortgage because they were mislead by lenders that they can afford such expensive property.

  • you remind me of that rapper kris from the 90s, and that big guy that was in planet of the apes and stuff

  • hey DEMCAD, I just had to say I was trying to youtube videos about the economic crash in greece and I saw your video... so I obviously clicked on it and had to write you to say "I appreciate your mind, intelligence, and apperciate your videos on youtube." :) Keep 'em coming buddy :)

  • God makes the bread. Simple fact.Get yer head out then mud.

  • James Wesley Ross is going to be on your show? Sounds like it's going to be good.

  • @chiyerano Excuse me, Rawles.

  • Thanks for your time and efforts. I was a sheeple up untill about a month ago. good americans like you , woke me up to the truth, If it makes u feel better your videos are making a difference in a few sheeples lives anyway. THANK YOU!

  • Haha...big changes comin America....can't wait til they make the move that gets it all started...I quit paying my mortgage and my wife has been buying alot of stuff....the BofA can kiss my ass, they're gonna eat my credit card debt and my mortgage...I don't care about my fake credit card rating anymore...

  • @TheFallof2010 Is that not a little extreme? I hope you are joking.

  • As I have said lots of times (mayby not just here but to a lot of friends) the hole System is wrong. We must change it. I do not believe in a Capitalistic/money-based society anymore. It just creates competition, that just leads to worse products: lower quality for exempel. I suggest a Venus project-society. The best society for EVERYONE. Not just the elite, but for everyone (inkluding the "elite").

  • @testar2 Wish it could happen but the Venus project has problems...mainly the human ego, we would need to lose the ego prior to moving on to something that is "good" for the people...

  • @testar2 I think it's good to have some competition as it can encourage a person to do their best in anything be it a sport, a service, or a product thus possibly leading to things of higher quality. I think the problem with the system is not so much capitalism but blind consumerism and a debt-based economy which is being supported by ever increasing government and regulation.

  • @chiyerano. Unfortunatelly I think you are wrong. Before I was pro-capitalist, but now I do not believe in it any more. There is way more better solutions. I have studied/red and listened alot about the Venus Project and I think it is what we have to do. I even think it is superior to any system today. Competition is not just positive. And with a money-based system it is bad in many ways...

  • @testar2 If there is a variety of a type of product made by various companies on a market, then you have competition as each company is competing for a customer to buy its product. Whichever product a customer prefers will be the product that customer will buy depending on the price as well. If not for competition, we would be more likely to have a monopoly which is something I definitely don't want because then I have to pay the price that the monopolist decides I should pay for its product.

  • @chiyerano. You missunderstood me I think. I do NOT want a money-based system. In a system like that, there is nothing like monopoly/competition. It's just about ONE world working together, without no money. So there will not be any reason for corruption or greedy people and companies. A much better place to be than today, I'm sure.

  • @testar2 Even without money, there will still be greedy people and corruption of a sort. Money in itself does not cause greed or corruption. In order for what you're talking about to work, you would have to first deal with human nature.

  • @chiyerano. Money makes people greedy. Without it (money) there will not be any reason to be greedy or to steal. Everything will be FREE in a "Venus Project-world". And yes, it is very possible to have everything for free (study the Venus Project and you will be convinced). More: We do not need to work as much as today! Technology can easily replace people.

  • @testar2

Does ur mommy know you are playing with her puter? If she catches u u can get spanked if u spill ur sippy cup or smear playdoh on the keypad!

Nothing is free, never was, never will be, anything "free" was stolen from others always. Money is only a representative of the value that is created by mans labor.

  • @chiyerano. I continue: If we all co-operate instead of competition we can make products that are really good, instead of "cheap" and bad components that will break after a times use (that's how, unfortunately how it works today). Corporations have to make money. They do NOT make the best products, in purpose! Because they will sell a more expensive, and better(?), product later..

  • @testar2 It is possible to be competitive and cooperative at the same time. They are not mutually exclusive. You can make a product or provide a service even as someone else makes similar products or provides similar services while cooperating with one another in the sense of following an code of ethics and conduct and not trying to do things like interfere with each other's market share or customer base.

  • @chiyerano. In a money-based society, the best things will not be produced! Or at least many good things will not be produced. Many good things costs to much to make and build. Companies just do things that get them best payed. Thats it, and that is wrong. It's not a "perfect" world as I see it. The techical development is slow! I want a better world, for everyone. And that must not be a money-based one.

  • @testar2 (continued) I also have to settle for whatever quality this monopoly provides as a product or service which is another thing I don't want to do.

  • @chiyerano. I agree with you about competition vs monopoly, but as I have written elsewere, I think we need a better solution/system than we have today (the moneybased system). We must work together, not compete! The hole world!

  • @testar2 Companies don't get away with making really cheap and bad products for very long because if a customer finds that he can find a better product elsewhere or possibly even make a better product on his/her own, the customer will stop patronizing the companies and buying their products and the companies will have to either start making better products or go out of business. Throw in government involvement and it's a different story.

  • @chiyerano I do not think we have had free capitiolism for a long time. I belive in the free market and people being able to make their own decisions. We cannot mandate that people do things that are amoral and be suprised when things crash.

  • @testar2 There was (and still is) too much government involvement and regulation in the American system and society to truly call it a 'capitalistic society'. If we had a society or system truly and completely based on capitalism, then many of the failing banks and corporations labeled as 'too big to fail' would have failed and either gone out of business or had a major restructuring and readjustment in their business practices instead of being bailed out by the government.

  • I see the point at 5:30, the interesting point indeed.

  • Pseudologia fantastica!

  • Congrats on scoring that interview!! Keep up the good work

  • thanks for the hardcore numbers Brother! good digs, God bless!

  • I know for a fact that some are not paying their mortgages and are spending money on other things. I know of 4 people who have done just that. They would rather get value for their money and ot toss it into a hole called a mortgage on a house that is no longer considered to be worth what they will have to pay for it.

  • put it this way, if they go BK now in 7 years they can buy the same house for a hell of a lot less. So the "smart capitalist" way to do this, is to dump the house rent something for a while (stashing the cash they took from their home) file bk, and in 7 years buy it back for the cash they have. What a scam.

THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH SPECULATION!!!! cost should be based on assest, what it took to build the house, and what condition is it in.

And the apraisers should be in jail

  • @d3adp001 I would have settled for just making sure those appraisers never work again but I guess jail is fine too.

  • Things are NOT going to get better. You can take it to the bank. Soon a total real estate collapse and the house of cards will fall. Extreme civil unrest will ensue. People on the doles will NOT get their welfare checks etc due to this collapse. It will be ugly folks.

Americans last year bought more ammo than was shot in WW2

  • I think it's distinctly possible that people that can afford thier morgage are walking away in droves due to their underwater position. In the mean time before eviction; they then have extra cash to spend. Not a bad game plan in many regards; free housing for a year, extra cash in the pocket every month to spend, and just plan on renting after getting kicked out.

  • That's about 10 million more from the last time on food stamps.

  • @DEMCAD - I think alot of people are realizing they will not be able to continue paying their mortgage and keep their house, so they are spending the remainder of their time there to save up to make a move to an appartment and maybe take care of other things. Everything is so F'd up who knows though!!!

  • How long, not long, cause what we reap is what we have sown.

  • Who economic policies are/were more reckless.....FDR or BHO?

  • I'm so stimulated by all this great economic news my nipples are hardened!! DOW 15,000 here we come!!

  • Demcad, you are the best news channel type on youtube, you are appreciated

  • sick of all the gov. handouts...millions complain of to much government, but 1/3 are sucking the government titty in some way....what ever happened to self relience and family? but im afraid its too late, too many people just want a handout...and when it all collapses, guess who will be begging

  • Whoa James Wesley Rawles. I will definitetly listen in.

  • Great video...There's talk, where I work, about moving some jobs to DTW airport.

    39.4mil on Food Stamps !!!! That's over 12%!!!!

  • what really bothers me is the lack of big trucks on the interstates, meaning the lack of retail sales in the stores.i live down on i10 louisiana an see very few trucks moving goods across country, last year it was one truck after the other.i guess people are trying to save money,or are scared to buy anything.

  • Retail sales going up... I'm thinking tax returns have something to do with that.

The dallar is too weak for this to be a recovery. LOL, the government is giving people money back when they have no money! They're going to have to barrow more money...and we're going to have to pay interest on it. It's a joke!

  • @deadman12078

Retail sales are seasonally adjusted and they have been going up for many months now so tax returns is a red herring.

  • @jpcomputerservices Nope not talking about so-called "white" people.. Its hard to get it through peoples Thick Skulls but THERE IS ONLY ONE "RACE" in the World.. and Its The Human Race.. I dont make up History as I go.. The Elite, Evil International Bankers of this World Does.. 9/11 will go down in the "History" books as a "Terrorist Attack" (But they will never tell you about reports of Bombs, or the Collapse of Building 7).. And most will Accept it as "True" History .

  • Its the worst case scenario - SLOW DEATH

  • keep up the good work Demcad!

  • Reginald, the economy was in a shambles before Obama got elected. We were losing 500k jobs per month leading up to the election. Newsflash Reggie, the entire globe is in an economic downturn and as bad as you think it is here there's no place on the planet you'd rather be than the good ole USA. We've all seen better days but be steadfast and diligent. This is good. In times like these hard work, discipline and intelligence will be rewarded. Easy money is over. It's smart money's turn now!

  • @Badjohn007

Yeah I keep on thinking of where else id like to go but unfortunately no other country seems to be as good.

  • We have more people on welfare in the US than even exist in the nation of Iraq.

  • @jpcomputerservices My Text Never Refered to You Individually, it was a figure of speach.. and Islam?!?!.. Islam can go to hell for all i care.. and only a Dumbed Down Nation would Believe that Africans would be bundled up together Selling Eachother., Thats Stupid.. Thats like Buying Ants from Ants, or Buying Slaves from Slaves.. But Hey, This is the country that believed the Weapons of Mass Destruction Junk,, That they probably Teach in the "History" Class Today..

  • Ive seen it first hand with a relative on my wifes side who spends more since they are no longer paying their mortgage. They still live in the home too, which is just disgusting to see since they seem to be doubly rewarded for their bad planning and habbits.

  • cool video demcad.

  • mizzouri is going bankrupt like the rest of them

  • @jpcomputerservices 1st Im not talking about you Or your Family.. 2nd Yes I do know ALL about the history of slavery.. The "Middle Eastern People" Enslaved the True Hebrew Israelites in the land at the time (not the fake "Jews"), Then they were Sold to Africans (Africans Wouldnt Sell Africans, Wake Up).. Then the Africans Sold them to the Europeans.. And thats were you Get the Colored people of America.. Stop Believeing Public School Lies..

  • Getting rough?

    Your kid's schools are closing,

you're losing your jobs and houses,

    while thieving bankers are buying

new yachts and jewels for their

mistress whores with your tax money...

and that is ok? That is ok??? *Slaps*

WTF! is wrong with you sheeple???

  • DEMCAD...you are right. The middle class is shrinking. The economy is slowly going down and down and down. Don't depend upon the companies for a job. People need to create their own businesses. Become an entreprenuer. A real easy business to start in large cities is to run estate sales. It's easy. Anybody can do it. You can make $100,000 per year easily running estate sales for people in large cities like Dallas, LA, Miami, or Chicago.

  • 39 million on food stamps, 7.9 million not paying mortgage and 3.2% decline in income since Obama took over, we were headed that way before Obama took over. Wall Street has been allowed to run wild for years... why? Because Wall Street=Government back pocket for years now but the bubble bursted in a big way.

  • @ChromeClapper Some people think elections are rigged... well how can they be unrigged is the question? Who here thinks the same thing would have happened if McCain had been voted president? Exactly. It's not about race or republican or democrat...it's about fixing what is broke.

  • @ChromeClapper

Food stamps are lagging. Person incomes have been rising for many months now. Sorry to burst your bubble but the recovery is in full swing.

  • @skyding8962 I hear conflicting reports all the time. One time I hear income is up, then I hear income is down. The states seems to be in the most trouble with their budgets.

  • @ChromeClapper

Its because HOW people are reading the facts. Yes incomes went down for 2009, BUT they have been rising for like the last 6 months. So the trend is positive. It would be like saying jobs are down for 2009. Yes we know that, but recently we have been adding jobs. The trend is positive on all accounts. THat is why we are in a full recovery.

  • @jpcomputerservices:

And YES, Jesus was a jew, and im achristian - BUT Jesus didnt say that ALL jews were good, and he reffered to lots of them as "the synagogue of Satan".

He also made NO allowances for Mohamud to come and take over, and NO allowances for the satanic jews to ignore him, or deny him as th echrist. So Muslims AND jews are both ANTI-CHRSTS, according to the bible (which they both deny as being the truth). WORK IT OUT !

  • @jpcomputerservices:

And form what ive heard form Shritian palestinians (and i suggest you search them on you tube), the Christains are the ones who have been exterminated in palestine, more than any muslims or jews. We are in the middle of a master plan (or im anti semetic, and didnt know it - perhaps its in my genes or soemthign, but i didnt knwo i was. I just noticed the SIMILARITIES, rather than the differences between these 2 supoposedly opposite groups)

  • @awellwisher Me too. This is going to be awesome.

  • @jpcomputerservices:

Now can you see why the jewish govts keep allowing muslims to saturate teh west ?

THAT, if you ask me, is th eoverall plan - kill the whites and blacks and keep their race alive - SEMETICS ONLY !

Far fetched ? Well look at history a bit closer and you will see the muslims and jews ALWAYS fighting and subverting Christians - ALWAYS !

  • @jpcomputerservices:

I agree about "its all the white man's fault" part, mate. We are getting constantly blamed for everything. However, I never said the Egyptians were white. And i jews arent white either. If you want another shock, search SEMETIC on wikipedia - it means ARABS and JEWS - they are racially teh same. And if you reasearch islam, you will see its JEWISH- "the children of abraham" is both jew and muslim - THATS whats hidden - they are BOTH JEWS - why didnt we know that ?

  • The recession is over say the people in power. the worst is yet to come. we will be suffering a deflationary depression in the near future. This is a result of the feds trying to prop up an economy that was not allowed to reach the trough. this always leads to at least a double dip recession.

  • @tubbymanbat

blah blah blah. You guys said that 6 months ago and the economy is getting stronger each month.

  • @skyding8962 The improvments in the economy are superficial. The manufacturing sector has not recovered. the housing market has not recovered. The main growth in the gdp are a result of goverment spending. The housing crisis was first predicted in 2002 it takes time for things to materialize.

  • @skyding8962 I think you need to look at the great depression. The united states was in a strong recovery in late 31 and early 32.. This is a lull in the storm. Economist are able to tell what will happen. When something happens is up to human behavior/ the fed reserve has increased the money supply the velocity has not picked up. it when the velocity of money picks up.

  • @tubbymanbat

I think you need to restudy it actually because the economy was not in a strong recovery in 31 and 32. It didn't have a "recovery" until 33 after 4 years of continuous sharp decline in payrolls of 18 percent. Weve only had a 6 percent decline and the decline stopped a few months ago.

  • @skyding8962 There was a false start between 1931 and the end of 1932 the stock market had started to recover in the third quarter of 1932. We are I balive at the same point now. I do not think this mess is Oboma's fault. I do not belive the economy can be kick started by the gov.

  • @tubbymanbat

Your confusing the stock market with the economy. The economy never recovered at all in 31 or 32. The stock market rebounded but the economy itself actually did not improve slightly until 33 and 34, but things were still horrendous and then it dipped again soon after.

  • @skyding8962 The stock market and the economy are related. I think you are confusing gov spending with productivity. gov spending is leading this false recovery. It is not substainable. You cannot belive that it is substainable.

  • @tubbymanbat

They are not really related. It always lags or preceds recoveries or recessions. The stock market goes up when it ANTICIPATES a recovery. Just like it anticipated a recovery in the 30's that never came to fruition and is the reason why it crashed even farther down in 32 than it had in 29.

  • @skyding8962 I am not arguing that it never recoverd. I am saying that there were a lot of positive signs in 32 that would have lead people to belive there was a recovery happening. the same is true now. There are still alot more home loans ready to reset that will go into forclosure. The economy is not doing a well as they are trying to say it is. we still have 10% unemployment. we still have trouble in housing. we still have trouble at the banks. This to is a false recovery.

  • @tubbymanbat

According to the national beaure of economic research which is the offiical organization that determines when recessions end and begin said there was a recession from 3rd quarter of 1929 to 1st quarter of 1933. That means there was absolutely no real signs of a recovery for that entire period. The 2nd trough (recession) didn't start till 1937 officially.

We have had positive GDP numbers and other positive numbers that show conclusively the recession ended a long time ago

  • @skyding8962 This is the same group that said we were not in a recession in early 2001. This is also the same group that denied that we were in a recession until tarp 1. Oh yeah they are real reliable. This group also adjust numbers often time years later. I think you need to actually listen to some economist that do not work for the gov.

  • @tubbymanbat

Thats not true. They said the recession started in march 2001.

  • @skyding8962 The recession of 2001 should have started in the third quater of 2000 when companies were sure that the code had been fixed to avoid the y 2k scare. in 2001 they started giving stimulis checks in march why would they state that it did not start to march?? It makes no sense.

  • @tubbymanbat

I looked it up. Real GDP was down 29 percent from the starting point of 1929 to 1933. No way was there ever a sign of any kind of recovery during this time period with that kind of crash from peak to trough. In fact there were a lot of banking panics by 1930, 1931, and 1933.

  • @tubbymanbat

Also lets not forget the stock market hit a new high in late 2006 a little less than a year before the economy entered a recession. The stock market is just a predictor not a indicator of the current economy in real time.

  • if anything education should have way more funding. not funding cut...WTF

  • Good video.

  • Looks like American's, are going on a Diet. Smaller portions for smaller price's.

VAT! National Health! CCTV Everywhere!. America is Starting to look like the UK everyday.

  • Im glad your doing news reporting again and not soo much opinions

  • @seks03

why? I want opinions more than news.

LOL Some people want reginald as their 5 oclock news.

  • @AmericanPowerBase:

You are a toad, or a slug !

See how pointless it is, making idiotic statements, with no sensible objection or arguement to back them up ?

  • @jpcomputerservices:

Also, does it make it "not slavery" if you are beaten and imprisoned for not paying taxes for everything from water, to the roofover your head ?

The result is the same - he gets your money,a nd you geta headache and distress.

Whetehr he whips you or tangles you up in athousand lies, enforced by a thousand bits of paper, the RESULT is the same - he plays, you pays !

You are a slave, in denial of being a slave !!

  • @jpcomputerservices:

thats not quite true, mate. The Muslism ahev only been around about 1500 yrs, and th eromans were in England 2000 yrs ago !

And the egyptian hyrogyphs show slavery as far bacjk as their entire history.

The western world had slavery ALWAYS, and the slaves in England were used to dig tin from mines, to sell to the romans. Yep, as far back as RECORDED history there was slavery - its only gone, in about the last 200 yrs, actually, and thats only on the surface.

  • America was sold and bought a long time ago(1912 - 1913). you should stop with these political parties because your only supporting european, anglo advancement but you never mention anyting about Africa or somthing callled Africom. or the new world order.

i like your energy but maybe consider directing it in a way that will benefit the people.

  • @wooja54

Fuck Africa. I fully support anglo european and jewish denomination.

  • @wooja54 I heard Africa will be the new Asia.

  • @chiyerano

Yeah, check out Liberia! Wonderful place for a holiday, They have GREAT cannibal restaurants there! I hear team hunting is a big sport there.

  • Yes, think about it 1 in 3 people are not paying! So what are they doing with that money.

  • @davincij15

Buying cars, etc. 2 foreclosed people in our area in the last 3 years did that. One already was moving into another house while they were getting kicked out of their old one. Last year they bought new vehicles. Probably with the money they saved from not paying their mortgage. I know a couple others who foreclosed because they took out huge 2nd mortgages and walked away from their house. one did it to pay for their kids bail. LOL

  • @skyding8962

When honesty and commitments are a vice not virtue, when failure is rewarded with bailouts, when bureaucrats tell businesses how operate, you know society is doomed.

  • So 13.3% unemployment.

  • @jpcomputerservices Common Sence would tell you that a person would never go out of his way to purchase and Ship Boat loads of "Slaves" across the open seas, JUST for only 1/3rd of the South to use them.. .. your "Founding Fathers" were Pirates.. and your current "Politicians" still are today.. Truth is Truth.. I guess there were only 1/3rd of Indians in this land when they got here too right??.. GIVE ME A BREAK..

  • 39 Million families receiving food stamps, 8 million families unable to pay their mortgages. This proves the dire situation here. I wish they would publish the true unemployment rate. Im sure we are near 20%. Im assuming the number is based on who is collecting unemployment.

  • Love your vids - I sent you 2 emails for your free report on how not to pay mortgage. Did you get it ?

  • @ThirdProverb No.

  • Jobs....sprout.....= B.S.

  • There are no middle class jobs left in the USA. These govt pensions are going to bankrupt all the states. Once my UI benefits end, I will not be paying my mortgage either.

  • Comment removed

  • Important to note.. a large number of those 7million people ARE paying their mortgage, but are enrolled in the trial period of the "government's" home modification program through their lenders... these lenders, in true banker fashion, don't apply the payments received against the mortgage even though the payments are being sent in and received.. they put them as "unapplied funds" until the modification process is complete. I would suggest this could be as many as half or more of the 7mm.

  • good for you Demcad!! i like his book.

  • You guys worry too much. The Chinese love us, they'll keep on giving us stuff.......won't they?

Dem. Did you plant your potatoes yet? If not just stick one of those damn things in the ground and water it every once in awhile!

  • All the big news came out after this video Demcad.

Ron paul ties obama in rasmussen poll for presidential election.

Arizona passes new immigration bill allowing cops to arrest anyone suspected of being an illegal or transporting or highering them.

  • Hey Regi... what is going to be the difference between the DEMCAD Show channel and DEMCAD2 channel? Keep up the great work!

  • They took my food stamps away because they said I was a full time college student, and that I had to get a part-time job.

  • @ElConquistador24 4 real? wow... I still got mines I told her that I left my college to look for jobs? Good thing I told her that....

  • The economy will not recover fully. This Obama Plan to spend us out of Debt is a joke the only people that are making money is China and Russia. we have giving Russia and China Trillions in deficit spending. They keep us collecting Unemployment just to keep you happy watching the Brain drain tube. While we watch t.v. Obama agenda is printing Money to Enslave you at your house while they sell you out to Russia and China. Obama will do all he can to sell you to a Socialist economy.

  • The trueth hurts. Stock up and clean the spare room for Family.

  • DEMCAD - You are a Patriot! Thanks!

  • Washington State just put taxes on candy, soda, bottled water, beer ( but not the mocrobrews), cigarettes-- you know, the simple pleasures of the worker class.

  • @vivaloriflamme

Good. Fucking worker class shouldn't be smoking and drinking and eating garbage. Serves them right.

  • I know of one family that stopped paying their $2,500 per month mortgage last March 2009. The bank was to forclose this home in March 2010, but delayed until July now. That is $40,000 more able to be spent into the economy over 16 months. They do enjoy a fine prime rib dinner and hosting parties to this date.

  • I agree, like you said, people realize that the whole foreclosure process is going to take more than a year, so why not use the money on stuff they actually need now. Not that shelter isn't important; but food is more important than that.

either that, or people realize they are going to loose their money and home one way or another, so they are not paying their mortgages, using food stamps for food, and their money for the little luxuries before everything goes bust.

  • The carnival just came to town here and there was hardly anyone there. Last year it was packed

  • Great stuff Demcad!

  • as always great analysis...thanks man..

  • My home town is having pay cuts up to 15% and a $.01 sales tax increase as well. Bunch of crooks.

  • its getting to the point where the entire country will be laid off and looking for jobs that dont exist anymore------this is realy a lot worse than any other time in history-----we have got to get these insane people out of the whitehouse------but how???????????????????????

  • @bigpaw64 The whitehouse itself, directly, has very little to do with the economy. More importantly is the FED, the SEC and other pieces of the government that continue to allow these wall street crooks to rape our country. Granted, Obama could definitely stand up and start pushing to put the hammer down.

  • I am glad to live where I live. Most are working with good pay.

  • @32937isready Around where do you live if I may ask?

  • @chiyerano My zipcode is 32937

  • @32937isready I was expecting a state name, but, yes even better. Thanks.

  • i just wonder when we as a nation will stop pointing the finger and rise up to meet our opressiors on the field of battele? and make changes to our system for us by us and stop the pupetiers from running us and this country........rise up or shut up and sit back and watch the collapse of this once great nation!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jobs in hospitality - I work in this industry and I've been saying for years that we will be Mexico, a vacation destination for the world. We'll show them a great holiday and have low cost shopping.

Perhaps why jobs in this area are somewhat stable.

  • I know serveral families that haven't paid their mortgage for a year and have been spending it instead in the stores but this month their fun is over eviction by the end of the month Yes I believe forclosures and income tax refunds are funding the increase in spending.

  • Great information demcad, thanks for posting.

I've been trying to get more people to watch this channel and others, but it seems that no one wants to see whats going on, or wants to believe it. They'd rather watch the next episode of american idol.

    ignorance is bliss

  • It does not surprise me that people are defaulting on their bills and spending the money they make instead of saving it.

  • My feeling, and this is based on personal experiences and the experiences of friends and family, is that the majority of people who are not paying their mortgages are not doing so because of job loss, etc. I personally don't know anyone who is using it in order to make other purchases. There are people receiving food stamps who never thought they'd have to. Again, this is from personal experience.

  • Remember Algebra, and how you wonderer if you would ever use it?

Quiz: if you were making $9.00/hr and could by a $30,000 house,

In 1970, How much an hour would you have to make to buy that same house for $300,000 Today?

  • @StigmataBOB1 At least $90/hr.

  • @StigmataBOB1 And that's if the number of hours the person is working doesn't change.

  • I know some people who have a job and have stopped paying their credit cards and house second ..... therefore they are back to their old spending habits, not saving, but using that money in the retail market. Sad! Oh, and they are working on a mortgage adjustment.

  • @bsaorders people who have stopped paying their credit cards and walk away from their mortgage will soon find that any taxable wages that they recieve will be granished by debt recovery agencies and in many cases they have to pay up to 300% of what they owe.

  • Yo Demcad,

r u on food stamps? it seems that u have a lot of time in your hand trashing the O administration. why don't u get a job, there r plenty of jobs in NY, I guarantee you a job on Time Square entertaining the the tourists.

  • @nyc10101 There won't be jobs there for long. You're taking a drink from an ever-shrinking waterhole, and in NYC, you don't even have the means to protect yourself from the crocodiles within.

  • @nyc10101

Why don't you fuck off and leave demcad alone.

  • @nyc10101 He is partnered on Youtube so he is making some money on these videos. The more these videos get viewed and commented on, the more money he can make.

  • congratulations getting james wesley rawles, that's awesome.

  • The show with Rawles I think will be excellent. I am definately excited about that one. thumps up

  • Welcome to the GREATEST DEPRESSION.

  • @Floridaprepper the cure for a depression and to placate the warmongering among us: a good old fashioned civil war, coutesy of the powers that be, & if that fails, our government can always irritate russia or china & they will give us spring cleaning. half the congressmen & senators are "retiring" this fall & i'll bet obama sees the light & fires the "czars" (w/ bonuses).

  • Can you use food stamps to buy bullets?

  • @gearboy12550 yes, sell your stamps for cash at half off. then go by that ammo.

  • And now the US is in the midst of preparation to bomb Iran to hell...

The world is not gonna finance US's wars, anymore.

  • Like Ive said before Reg, Come on down to Florida where despite what the numbers would imply, we are rebounding nicely here. What I was really impressed with is how they are counting the census workers into the jobs even though everyone knows it's only a 2-3 month job. Beat the drums, sound the alarm and let's get people out in November to vote 90% of them out of office.

  • Demcad! What are Food Stamps? We don't get those in Socialist Canada!

  • REGGGGGGGG

  • raise taxes and cut spending......band-aid solutions ......I love the Southpark episodes on imagination land.............

  • Here in Hawaii, our government wants to raise AGAIN property taxes, car registration fee's, add higher taxes on our already high gas! I mean people are already struggling, and our government is asking us AGAIN to SACRIFICE & dig deeper into our pockets to give them whatever we have left. Still, they cant figure why more people are becoming homeless here.

  • @kalkeikuu An increase in taxes? Wow, why am I not surprised?!

  • @kalkeikuu Dude, you better get on the mainland before the collapse. How many essentials have to be brought to hawaii by plane/boat. When SHTF, Hawaii will be a scenic death trap

  • You have a point. I should move to the mainland before the TOTAL COLLAPSE. This is why my state govt. is getting desparate, and taking whatever $ from the residents/locals, because they're trying to survive financially themselves. True..after the collapse, we won't have essentials such as food, etc. bought to us. We're on our own. VERY GOOD POINT.

  • @kalkeikuu

But you do get to live in Hawaii!

  • Yes...you're right I do get to live in Hawaii. My point-our state government is too much. They're taking advantage of us (kama'ai'nas, locals) by over charging just to walk, breathe, & sleep here. Contantly raising fee's here every 3-6 mos. We have to use our rent or food money(whatever we have left) to give to them to replace their lost revenues. This SLAVERY has to end, and it evenually will. Look at the collapse, NOW.
