This is pitiful Huffington Post. It doesn't surprise me that just a few months before the Presidential election they would run such a blatant smear job on a Republican candidate. What this video fails to mention is that McCain was CLEARED OF ALL CHARGES and at worst showed poor judgement in attending the meetings in the first place.

I met Charles Keating about two years ago. As I recall in the hearings McCain was found to be innocent not charged with anything but poor judgment. Every American has had poor judgment one time or another. What about Sen. If we didnt have that flag we might not be able to blog this freely, McCains fought to keep what the flag represents.

I met Charles Keating about two years ago. As I recall in the hearings McCain was found to be innocent not charged with anything but poor judgment. Every American has had poor judgment one time or another. What about Sen. Obama and his friends, my mother taught me, "Birds of a feather flock together" is he being tolerant of HIS friend's bombings or does he Sen. Obama Have poor judgment? Ask yourself these questions?

have you actually read his book, or just the smears on him? When someone says his mother taught him something, it doesn't mean he necessarily is in agreement with the statement. Also its notable that any of the time obama may have had contact with ayers - was when ayers was a community organizer and a board member - not a Vietnam protester. McCain was buddies with keating through the scandal. Lets talk about anti-semites and racists, literal witch-hunters and secessionists acquaintances too.

They all have written books and all have smears as you would say against each one of them, all three of them have done wrongs and rights. You are accurate to some degree that Obama wasnt friends with William Ayers when he was a protestor of the Vietnam Conflict, he was just in middle school right?

I dont think Keating was right in his dealings and the law dealt with him, he severed time in prison, Sen. McCains friend had to face the consequences coming to him. Obamas friend hid out after he bombed or didnt bombed the pentagon, the center for the U.S. Department of Defense, the location for the defending of Our flag, and what it stands for. If we didnt have that flag we might not be able to blog this freely, McCains fought to keep what the flag represents.

Do you have proof that Ayers broke the law? A lot of people talk about breaking the law - talking about breaking the law isn't a crime. At least it wasn't until this administration smeared shit stains all over the bill of rights. Are you suggesting that members of congress that voted for this (including john mccain) should move to a different country?

Its just sad. When Ayers supposedly bombed the capital Obama was 8 years old. He served on a board at a university with him. Obama didn't hire Ayers to work on the board so there is a big difference between Obama's association with Ayers and McCain's association with Keating. Obama doesn't go on family vacations with Ayers. Don't even bring up Rev. Wright because he told the truth about America some of you just weren't ready to hear it. America's govt has demonized people of color.

And because and you mentioned Rev. Wright, I must comment on Rev. Wright. Under the US Constitution "Wright" has the right to freedom of religion and speech. And your man Wright went to left field with a speech of hate: a speech that attacks a person or group on the basis of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. I dont want a man like Sen. Obama who has sat under a ministry whos core values are so radical.
