It depends on the size of the sprocket and the spindle, if you have the same ratio between the sprocket and the spindle then they would do the exact same, spindles don't have more torque, it's a hunk of metal, the only reason you would think that is because it might have more acceleration, that being said, the only reason it has a faster acceleration is because the spindle is smaller in diameter, you can do the same with a sprocket and chain setup.

haha no wonder it takes u so long to start that thing up, I let my goped properly warm up and cool down before and after starting it, and it starts first pull every try... Try waiting 30 sec be4 giving it gas when u start it, and let it cool for 30 sec be4 u turn it off

Spindle drive is less moving parts for less maintanence vader. Also, with a spindle, if you want to change the gearing spend 20 bucks on a spindle, not like 40-60 on a whole new gear setup. Plus with a spindle you don't get power loss from a clutch, of course you can get a racing clutch but that's around 250-300
