  • Goose Bumps.

  • whats the name of this tune, jay?

  • @SiamandBarzani "Descent into Hell"

  • Is there any possibilites that you could somehow send this tune to me or upload this? Fantastic Art.

  • @WannaBeComposer Could you upload the full song?

  • @SiamandBarzani Unfortunately that is the full song! There's two other parts ("Entering the Woods" and "Dark King Revealed"). I meant be able to put a track together that plays all 3 in succession.

  • the book the inferno its based off of is pretty badass also.

  • Do you mean written and performed as in the music?

  • true that. the book is no love story. the book i dont know if it is true or whatever. i do know that this is a real good work of literature. it takes you into another realm. and it is awesome. ive only read up to canto like 18. it makes it hard for me to understand what they are trying to say or mean. theres a english version but i was told it loses alot of art. so ima suck it up take a puff and read this motherfucker once and for all. to the INFERNO.

  • hell doesn't exist... I played dante's inferno, I finished it, the story is so ridiculous, but any wayz, the graphics was so amazing... for me. (^_^)

  • I love that harp

  • Don't feed trolls.. I'm talking about 7sox7fan7.

  • There should be something called eternal copyright on great arts such as The Divine Comedy, its sad to see 13 year old children thinking Dante is a Schwarzenegger-fighter who kills monsters.

  • @7sox7fan7 go play ur Black Ops, fayget

  • Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

    Hauntingly beautiful.

I should really think about playing the game, it doesnt look half bad.

  • I like how the instruments sound slightly distorted to add that bone-chilling touch

  • Dude O_o this is very very well-done man ^_^ the music has that very creepy and bone-chilling tone that makes you think Holy Shit im in Hell O_O excellent!!!!!!!!!!! and i cant wait till the game comes out!! this beats the Hell out of shitty things like COD any day ^_~ (hehe get it? Hell? like... the... game.......... i'll stop now v///v)

  • Aye. Lets hope they dont fail

  • I'm a big fan of the Divine Comedy book. It's nice to see it coming out as a game!

  • hey do u kno where to get the book ?

  • @ang9300 Yes. Amazon. Go on Amazon and just type in "Divine Comedy: Inferno" and it'll be the one by Dante Alighieri. Also, get the one by the book publisher, penguin classics (it's more easier to read than the ones by other publishers). Hope that helped (-=.

  • any major book store..i had a copy when i was 13 n im 20 now so keep lookin...n if not check library's

  • whoa whoa whoa is this part I hear it from Wikipedia that in this mission you'll fight a past of soul of Virgil.

  • I'm a COD fan, and I can't fucking wait for the Dante game. It looks amazing!!

  • to 7sox7fan7 You are such a fag. the game looks amazing and you are probably one of those cod fans that hate everything not cod. Why dont you go play your cod 4 or your cod world at war and stfu. And how is it going to suck for those of you remotely concerned with the poem, all you have to do is not play it. its that simple.

  • @coolmaniam2 I've read the book and it is nothing like the game... You're probably one of those people who only got interested in Dante's Inferno because of the game...

  • @coolmaniam2 What the f*ck does COD have to do with a book!?

  • @coolmaniam2

Bag on the fag not Call of Duty.

  • to 7sox7fan7

    your the crappy one! hahaha

shut up about it and enjoy the vid

  • @7sox7fan7 this game was brilliant, what are u talking about?

  • i heard there is a video game in development based of Dante's Inferno, anybody know anything about it?

  • love Your music :)

    hope to hear more ;)

  • muy buen sonido.... me gusta....

  • very atmospheric music

  • i have been trying to find a place on the internet that has a list of the layers of hell as dante discribed can anyone help me

  • Just look up "Divine Comedy" on Wikipedia.

That's the actual title of the work Dante's Inferno is from.

  • What a charming place

  • Can anyone recommend a good version in old english.

  • John Ciardi's version is the best. It tells the story with the closest accuracy to the Italian version, while still keeping the Terzarima rhyme scheme.

  • very poetic. simple but with meaning it sounds very very captivating

  • I saw someone ask who wrote it. It was an italian poet by the name of Dante Alighieri. The Inferno is the name of the first part of the series, called The Divine Comedy. The other parts are The Purgatorio and The Paradisio.

Now, it is NOT a comedy in the current, known, sense of the word(funny, jokes, etc...). It is a comedy in the academic, Greek and Roman, sense of the word(comes out with a happy ending).

  • If you are going to buy the epic poem, I recommend the Signet Classic version that was translated by John Ciardi. It is the version I have, and I love it.

  • Beautiful...

  • you should do a voice over, because otherwise what speed do we read it at?

  • this is perfection :) who wrote it though?

  • Dante Alighieri wrote it but I would recommend reading the translated version in NORMAL English. make sure you don´t buy the one in Italian or old english

  • Hence Dante's Inferno

  • thank goodness i belive in god, i love jesus :D

  • yes but that doesn`t care it supose that you must pass the purgatory and you will have to pass some circles depending what you did in your life that say the poem.

  • there is no purgatory

  • oh my god i know but the poem says

  • great,it makes me proud to be italian

  • awesome

  • Love it, amazing job.

  • Very trippy great job!!!

  • this is a very very good book, all go read it.....

  • I really like this. When I first heard it, the first thing that came to mind was some of the music used in the old movie Mysterious Island when they are exploring the island.

  • excellent use of gustave dore's pieces. i love it .

  • wow! You composed this? Excellent! Very true to the story.

  • lol... where did that come from??

  • الجميع الثناء على الملك قواد بيل كلينتون

  • Well suited, after looking at the some of the junk under this search i have found some real motivation.

  • Hey Jay, I like your compositions! You're very talented. The Dante pieces are really beautiful!
