no overclocking.

it's just that i have my laptop on some kind of cooling construction, so the fans get more air.

if i put the laptop down the gpu temp is about 10C higher.

no i did not, however there is only a minimal difference, for exapmple you'll get some more particles when shooting at a wall. nothing special really.

I can play it with dx11 enabled (tho dx11 options disabled, the depth of field is bugged at least for me, my whole screen ingame gets full of black lines and tessalation makes the performance a bit slow, but having 0 difference at all in the graphics), very high, 1366x768 - 20-30 fps. i5 m520 3ghz, hd5650, 4gb 1333mhz ddr3 ram, win7 64bit. Most beautiful game I've seen with seriously the most beautiful textures and dx10 usage. Don't understand how you had to play it on medium.

well i recorded it on medium details.

as soon as you activate the fraps video recording the fps go down from like 50 to 30, which means i would record on high details the video would be a 10 fps slideshow. yeah.

1. On what directX have you set when you record the video

2. Is the laptop worth it

3. Can you make some other videos with gaming

1. I played it on dx9. it's not possible to play metro in dx11 since the game needs enormous hardware requirements and the whole fraps stuff in the background also takes performance. however i was even surprised that the game was running so well on the notebook, even on low details it still looks relly good.

2. yeah totaly, for the price i bought it (722 euro) its got really good hardware.

3. check out my channel, ther are some ohter vids i made. i will do more in the future.
