wow. i just want you to know chelsea that these blogs of yours are a great blessing to me. i live in KS. I've been sitting here watching this one and you made me cry. Thanks so much for reminding me to focus on how HE views me. That I am not-no matter what- a dissappointment to Him, rather, HE wants me. I love that song, i have Misty's cd with that song. A friend of mine back in diesel school was deaf. Hmm, let's see, that was 15 years ago! My how time flys! Anyway I'd work with him sometimes (Welding & tearing apart engines and such). I studied finger spelling for a couple weeks on my own and surprised him with it one day. That was neat. He taught me some basic signs after that. I'd go hang out with him and his wife sometimes. It was like getting a glimpse into another world. I lost track of him after I graduated though. Hope he's doing well.

2. I wish we had you tube back then. I would have made much better progress at signing, even with just your videos. I could watch your signing while using the transcript as a guide.
