I attended this show and recall asking Jim about this composition (this was, of course, before it had been released on a Gastr del Sol album) -- he told us it was a John Fahey song. I never realized it was, in fact, "Dry Bones" -- ahh the wonder of YouTube to allow you hindsight into your memories.
