While walking, I saw a man of his size and stature with LONG black hair (like his) who looked like he was in his late 30's early 40's (his age) and he had the Nose to top it off. Buckethead has a pretty large nose.

Plus people have seen him without his mask dude. He doesn't wear it 24/7
