I have that organ on the record- a Thomas Californian 263, and also have the one in your video ( Lawrence Welk- Mr. Ghost Comes to Town')- a Thomas Palace III. Actually he is playing a 2 manual, but it's the same exact organ, it appears, as the Palace III except the Palce III has 3 keyboard manuals.
