Although I think Capcom did a really good job with Nero's own weapons and it was KIND OF nice to play as him, his whole character didn't fit into DMC somehow...

Devil May Cry 1 and 3 were the true games, 2 was pretty pointless - and so was 4 except some connections in the story-line

i like both dante and nero but if nero was older than nero or they were both the same age i bet itd either be a draw in fighting or nero would win because hes got yamato and virgils sould thatd be 2 on 1 well ya dantes got all the weapons but when u use his devil trigger his health comes back slower and nero to me is better for sos mode

Basically from what I understood from playing the game is that vergils soul somehow found its way into nero's.Nero also tells us in this video that from that day forth his arm changed that he heard an echo which said "give me more POWER" maby theres something wrong with my hearing but am sure he just said he HEARD which means someone spoke,duhh, now any fool that denies that vergil has nothing to do with nero should go out and buy all the games so they can understanding of the whole dmc plot ^^

Well, I think what he's talking about isn't exactly right then and there. From what I've gathered, he was speaking about a moment where he wasn't able to protect Kyrie in the past. Still, can't wait till they answer just how Nero is related to the Sparda bloodline. Maybe he's Dante's nephew or something. (Virgil did have a while between DMC3 and DMC1) Course, I doubt that's the case. But who knows?

Well he is partly right. The game did firmly establish Nero is "Of Sprda's blood" and Yamato does require the blood of Sparda to wield. However the other guy is right to. Vergil is a no show. However from what Nero told Agnus one would surmise that it was Vergil's spirit that called out to Nero and changed his arm. And then the first guy is right again in that he has the right to speculate and share his theories. Whew! That was a lot of typing...
