on Dm7 i'm basicaly using D dorian and C7M using the C major scale's (C ionian scale) variations.

on G7(b13) using C melodic scale. a good ideia is use the Eb7M (5+) arpeggio up to the G7(b13) chord, that's a great jazz sound.
