All liquor licensees or bar owners are responsible for the nuisance within the vicinity of their business. From many instances over several years, we see the Blush owners do not take responsibility & have a negative impact on the surrounding neighborhoods with noise, litter, public urination, trespassing into private property, and more. The OLCC, ONI, BDS and Portland Police are collecting the many nuisance reports related to this business, and hopefully they will hold them accountable soon!
