I like the voices of Al Afasy,Luhaidan,Ghamidi,and Ajmithe most but I know that the Egyptian qaris are the best in tajwid and Al Husary is the bestin tajwid.All the sifat and makharij is perfect with Husary.He is the teacher of Abdul Basit and the best qari.I judge him by the tajwid and not because of a beautiful voice and that is most important in judging a qari,although a beautiful voice is important but tajwid is priority.His voice is still nice although not like the other I mentioned.

remember that all of the other imams are also Muslims and they are reciting the words of Allah (SWC) magnificently...so instead of saying such harsh words, just say that the other imams are great reciter but Sheikh Khalil Al Husri is one of the greatest. May Allah admit him into the highest Jannah...ameen!

its almost like egypt has a monopoly on producing great recitors of the Quran.

Abdul Basit, Husaree, Muhammad Jibreel, and Minshawi are all from egypt. They are the best recitors. Hufadh like al-Afaasee and al-Ghaamidi dont even come close to them.

Yes it's true. Before I knew anything about the rules of recitiation I used to love listening to recitors such as Shatri and those similar to him as they recite with more melody. But subhan'Allah, recitors from Egypt are so strong in the tajweed and once I started to learn, I fully began to appreciate recitors like Husari, Minshawi, AL Banna, Ismail etc. Each letter is given its right and is pronounced correctly and extended where applicable to its correct length.

MashAllaah beautiful. If you listen with proper sound, there's an echo in the background coming before he actually reads the verse. So you can hear a faint sound of what he is about to read before he reads it. Maybe they edited it and made a mistake?

Maasha'Allah. Every letter is given it's right. One of the best Qari's I have ever heard. He does not sing the Quran like some others I have heard, nor recite it with a pleasing rythem whilst discarding correct pronoucination.

actually realplayer download button usually comes..however at times its not available in every browser..however wat u should do is get something like download managers..these types of software are usually free and small..if u use firefox 3, u can download the "downloadhelper" plugin..its free in firefox..basically just search for some free download manager software in google..that should bring about sometime..do tell me if this helps..il be glad to assist in anyway!

download the newest version of realplayer and with the new version of realplayer u can download videos on youtube. there will be a little button on the top right corner of the video ur watching it is gonna say (download with realplayer), click that and download it. if that button doesnt appear then right click the video and click "download with realplayer".
