COQUETTE by the Barney Bigard Quintet with Johnny Guarnieri 1945

Upon hearing Bigard some 45 years ago I immediately fell in love with the clarinet. Unfortunately, at the time, I couldn't get any sound out of the instrument although I tried for hours. 40 years later I tried again and it worked. Now I'm playing it at every free minute and my wife gets jealous over my slim black beauty queen.

OMG! It's incredible, I love this thong... I'm in a period that I love to hear Jazz... I always loved Jazz, but, for some reasons I couldn't heard it... And, today, I was on the computer, to see some films to my work and... I don't know HOW but I find this beautiful song of Barney Bigard just... marvellous... <3 I always loved Barney Bigard and I know today why........ :)

Somewhere among my photo memories, there's a pix of myself with Scott Elsworth at KFI radio (LA). Scott was interviewing Barney Bigard and I was in the studio with them. Wish I could find that darn pix. One nice guy was Bigard and one heck of a musician too.
