  • Hi Carol...if you are starting p3 round 2 do you still need to introduce things slowley or can you go by what you were able to eat in round one?

  • Thank you so much (:

  • This video has been so helpful! Thank you so much for all of the information you always provide!!! :)

  • I thought I hit 'favorite' and it was 'dislike' and now I can't delete. So sorry!!! I don't dislike... I LOVE your resources! So helpful!!

  • You have no idea what watching this has done for me. I was toying with the idea of starting my load days tomorrow. I have only done 2 weeks of P3 and have been stable the whole time. I am so anxious to lose more wait that I was going to start round 2 prematurely. It is not as though I did not know better but you have a way of making me realize just what a bad idea it was. Now I am sure that I must stay on P3 another week and maybe more. Thanks! I love your VLOGS!

  • Is phase 3 only 3 weeks? Did you incorporate sugars and starches back in your diet for an additional 3 weeks? Or did you stabilize by only doing 3 weeks?

  • @soverythankful if you are doing another round, stay on P3 foods. check out miracle skinny drops . com for more info. I personally never eat sugar anymore and starches are only once in a while. there are too many other healthy choices I LOVE. I am a big fan of Quinoa pasta ;)

  • @soverythankful You need to have no sugar and not starches and stabilize for 21 solid days. then you can introduce sugar and starches if you like. I went 7 weeks without adding them in as I really wanted to stabilize!

  • Thank you very much for sharing. It is almost time for me to start phase 3 and I am kind of nervous. The information that you gave in this video is very informative and useful!!! Thanks again!!!

  • Hey Carol; I find your vlogs very informative, but tomorrow I begin the 500 calories w/o hcg and was wondering how you know when the hcg is completely out of your system?

  • @TheRosebud62 You really don't know when it's completely out and it really doesn't matter. It can take weeks.

  • Really?...I did not know that pre-bagged lettuce and cheese were considered bad?! This seems contrary to conventional thinking. Could it be that the chemicals in plastic bags (such as BPA) could also negatively affect weight maintenance?

  • Is redi-whip acceptable?

  • @wowoverflow I would only use whole whipping cream.

  • @wowoverflow Look out to see if there's sugar in it. They load it with sugar, you could whip it yourself and put stevia in it.

  • what kind of heavy whip cream do you use?

  • @bridget641 REAL :) Don't buy low fat or cream with a bunch of processed ingredients. But the real deal!

  • Wow - I am so glad I found you. I am anxious about starting P3 and I will be catching up on your vlogs. This one was my first to watch and it was very informative. Thank you...on to the next one!

  • Thanks Carol for a great informative video. I read in another site that using the homeopathic hcg could more that anything else do harm to hypothalamus. My hccg was purchased from a very well known and reliable source. Have you ever heard of this? Just want my mind put at ease. I am on my 3rd wk of p2. Again, thanks.

  • @heartsoul5 My experience is that I did very well with the drops and my hypothalamus set in very well. I have eaten more than my share of off P3 foods and even if I gain, it's very little and it comes right back off! You gotta do P3 right though!

  • hi Carol, thanks for the info on p3 very good i do a whipping cream with heavy whipping cream and splenda and vanilla great with strawberries, you look awesome

  • @Cowgirlup60 Thanks. glad you enjoyed it. Have you done research on using Splenda? You might change your mind about using it :)

  • Hi Carol...Waiting for the Part 2 vlog on foods to eat in P3. Loved this one! You're a natural... Great job maintaining...hope I can do it too! You look great! :)

  • Yay Carol, yay Carol, yay Carol! I love your v-logs! By the way, you so rested and relaxed in this video. You look maaavelous! Diane Stringham hcg.

  • I do eggs, hamburger meat (foreman grill), tuna, cheese, turkey, strawberries/cream, a low carb cheesecake (cream cheese, sour cream, splenda, eggs), i do have some low carb protein mix...the cheese cake is REALLY good...is there a way that we can reintroduce carbs back into our diet gradually without gaining weight back or does that happen by the end of the 6 weeks of p3, because you said youre eating out without a problem

  • thank you for this vlog! those are some awesome tools that i'll have to put in my hcg tool belt :)

  • Thanks for the info-love your vlogs- so informative-I am looking forward to your P3 vlog:)

  • I love the birdie sounds in the background. I especially like the reminder for P3 rules. I'll be doing a one week interruption before going back into injections, and I'll just stick with P3 foods. Plus, not gonna to the smooth move tea. Can't handle it. I'll just up my fiber. Miracle noodles are good for that. Looking forward to your P3 food v-log.

  • Hey , that lounge chair is calling my name! :-( Miss ya '=' I can see it.. lol

I totally love Greek yogurt, I did very well with that and the Whey protein.. No CREAM CHEESE for me.. :) your so right.. I did ok on Cheese.. not a problem
