  • Why do the trainers seem so scared? They're "proffesionals".......

  • Please Subscribe... Will add some Seaworld Vids :)

  • its so beautiful talk about true romance

  • @luckyangel500 :) thank you for supporting my arguments. It's nice there's one other person on this video commenting that agrees with Seaworld's routines.

  • I love this video and seaworld im only 12 and have never been there but i would love to see them. If they are in captivity i can see them but if not they would be in the sea where not a lot of people can. Right if i was a whale living there i would b so happy performing for people wouldnt u. ORCAS LIFE SPAN GOES UP IF THEY ARE IN CAPTIVITY HAVENT ANY OF THE DOUBTERS DONE RESEARCHES DONE ANY THING ON THE COMPUTERS ABOUT IT, i made a project about orcas and i got 1st place. IF ANYONE PUTS ME DOWN

  • Seaworld are disgusting and cruel !!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should be CLOSED DOWN !!!!

  • she got a whale job

  • SEA WORLD IS THE MOST TERRIBLE THEME PARK EVER, HOW HUMANS CAN DO IT , THEY THINK THAT ORCAS ARE HAPPY LIVING IN THAT LITTLE POOL FOR HIS LIFE PERIOD IN CAPTIVITY IS ONLY FOR 8 YEARS ? THEIR LIVES IN WILD LIFE IS FOR 50 YEARS THEY ARE NOT FOR FUN IMAGINE ONE DAY SOMETHING TOOK YOU BABY OR MOTHER TO BE SOLD IT IN A PARK ATRACTIONS JUST TO DO STUPID TRICKS WE PLEASE MAKE CONCIENCE ABOUT THIS DONT VISIT THESE KIND PF PARKS ATRACTIONSYOU CAN SAVE THE ANIMALS

  • es lindo el espectaculo pero no deja de darme pena pobres animalitos... pensar que deberian estar en el oceano...

  • @lolification19 still they can't live the life they are supposed to live.

but this is not a discussion site site anyway..everybody has his own opinion. let's be happy that we can watch those animals as long as they are on earth.

soon there will be only some of these in wild nature.

  • I'd rather want to see them playing around like this in freedom.

  • Yes, i understand that its not right too keep them like that for a long period of time..but at least they give them respect and love and care for them. Unlike the circus. They whip their animals and i don't think that Sea world does that.

  • I'm not condoning SeaWorld...but if you people have never researched or visited the Miami Seaquarium, you probably would not judge SeaWorld as harshly as you do... At least SeaWorld has a dedicated team of trainers who love and respect the animals they work with.

  • That they are held in captivity is awful, but we have to think that this raises people's awareness, which leads to them donating money to organizations that help protect whales in the wild. I disagree with these shows, but they do help in some way.

  • When I was little, i thought that this was OK. I even wanted to be a trainer, and swim w/ them. But now, I realize that hold Orcas, Dolphins, any animal on that matter, is completely wrong. I see animals at zoo's, but I would much rather see the animals in their natural habitat where they belong. I get it, they are beautiful, but can you imagine, living in you room for your hole life? I don't see how this is right and I believe that we should free them and save them from us. It makes me sad.

  • man, didn't "free willy" teach any of these assholes...

  • Think of it this way, would you like to be in captivity performing everyday to a bunch of whales ? No.

  • So the trainers dont go in the pool anymore? lame.

  • they need to set these shows up near the ocean, and rotate the orca's see they can at least be captivated in the ocean, with a HUGE area to swim. no it's not the real thing, but it's a hell of a lot healthier than this crap. such incredible creatures, they weren't meant for this..

  • @STsixx Exactly, I mean, these shows are fantastic, but I hate the thought that these creatures are imprisoned in minuscule pools... :(

  • Hey Shamu, how low can you go!? (Ludacris' Go Low) Subscribe! :)

  • Of course a pool with some thousands of water litres is better than a ocean for a whale.

  • superPancake04 I agree with u we should tell the world that it is not right

  • They're given the best treatment to maintain healthy performers and their living conditions are borderline legal, BUT it is UNETHICAL. Their echolocation (range of 72ft) bounces off concrete walls, they're fed a small variety of thawed fish (deficiencies), the satisfaction of hunger is dependent on performing, they're not endangered (no conservation), the gene pool is lacking (genetic diseases), there are human fatalities- people are ignorant which is why SeaWorld are raking it in! It's WRONG!

  • Yes, there are some orcas still alive that were captures (Tilikum for example). Their age expectancy does go up in captivity, and these whales are very spoiled. They have a schedule each day based on the acronam HELPRS (Husbandry, exercise, learn, play, rehearse, and shows). The way you can tell which orcas are captured is by their dorsal fin, which would be lopsided (hense, Tilikum's fin). Also, Seaworld does not have any trainers in the water due to whale attacks (Dawn in 2010).

  • @queenkong45 being held as a prisoner in a pool with stress put on you to perform while loud music which gives you even more stress is not called being spoiled. no animal should go through what these animals go through and their life expectancy goes down ... do ur research before u give false info

  • @sugarylemon96 Wow. You did not do your research. They were very careful in adding music to their shows in case the whales weren't good with it, but they were fine. Their life expectancy goes up actually, so no, you do your research. I'm one of the biggest Marine Park fans, so don't even try to say I didn't research.

  • @queenkong45 "marine park fan" lol. you clearly don't like the animals. they're life span goes down dramatically.

  • @dblubarry I didn't mean they're average real lifespan I meant the ways the die and such, I misused my words. Obviously I do because I've researched them since I was eight, so you could imagine how long I've been doing this. I'm willing to stop my life right now and live my dream which is to work with them and study them, any marine mammal really. I'd need to leave my country, but I don't care because those animals right there, is what I want to do. I love the animals a lot, thanks.

  • @queenkong45 You can study them without putting them in a box. It's cruel. They aren't going to act like they normally would if they're not in the ocean.

  • @dblubarry You can study any animal without capturing it, yet we still do. We keep dgs as pets, give them treats, and some people just foolishly treat them like a machine. Seaworld does NOT do that, they explain it thoroughly in a video I bought from there, a trainer saying 'They're not machines by all means'. They use tricks the orcas would do in the ocean anyways, I've never saw a wild dog shake a paw.

  • @queenkong45 what? dogs are domesticated. they have evolved so that they're SUPPOSED to live with humans. Orcas are not supposed to be enclosed in a box. orcas do not do tricks in the ocean you ignorant runt. so you see an orcan with a human laying on its back chillin in the ocean now?

  • Schönes Video, das weckt Erinnerungen an unseren letzten Besuch. Da möchte man sofort wieder in. Der nächste Urlaub ist in Planung.

  • Where is the video of the trainer riding a killer whale, and another killer whale lands on the trainer? I saw that on TV. Did it not make it onto YouTube? Thanks.

  • you guys its not seaworlds fault, its the fisherman of taiji who have no respect for the dolphins...and yes i saw the cove...plus i would like to be nurtured by the seaworld trainers

  • such an awesome performance! they are at the very top of the food chain in the enormous ocean!

  • these animals were born in sea world, they would starve if they were released into the wild!

  • @turkeyluvsu9 So these whales were made to love their prison? I comprehend that, actually like most people. It is a complex question I agree, but what do you think would happen if all people suddenly acquired high moral understanding and standing, and stopped to visit these animal prisons? I will venture to say that very soon these whales would have become sushi. I have no answer to your question, but I find it wrong for people to entertain their children with the misery of these creatures.

  • ..... he's crying, .... :(

  • this is beautiful!

  • Money Saving Video? No kidding. Don't go to Sea World. The real sea world is called the ocean.

  • my friends a trainer there he loves it

  • Absolutely revolting!!! And these people say that they love animals?! If you love them set them free!

  • @PeaceAndGloryMB Oh you want them to die!?!?

  • @FutureOrkidTrainer No, I want people to leave animals alone, and stop imprison them.

  • @PeaceAndGloryMB I'm not one for defending animals in captivity but these whales where born at sea world, they rely on human, if they were set free they would die, so your 'set free' would actually take them to their deaths.

  • The best shows were when they could enter the water, trust me.

  • Those whales are loved and treated very well and they love their trainers as well. They would be lost and homesick if they were sent back in the wild.

  • People who say they're suffering are wrong. These whales have the choice to perform or not they get trained and they do it, if they were unhappy they wouldn't corporate and they'd be released back in the wild. They're just like movie stars and are treated like some too.

  • These whales don't need to travel hundreds of miles because they have everything they need anyway. Srsly, chill guys. Seaworld's okay. Sure some of the trainers can be a bit thick and not tell when an orca isn't feeling too great - which resulted in a death, but they're licensed to do this, you're not.

  • You guys all need to chill the fuck out. They have sufficient standards to keep these animals, if not then seaworld would be shut down. Seaworld gets inspected regularly, just like any other zoo or place that keeps animals. :P I go to a land based college and am studying Animal Management, they have a zoo license there, so there are loads of animals. These creatures are getting fed, treated for disease, and have a sufficient amount of space to live. (cont)

  • you all should watch 'the cove' that's the truth about sea world.

    poor creatures :(

  • POOR CREATURES

  • why is there no noise

  • Wait, so trainers aren't allowed in the water anymore?!

  • @genod308 no :-/

  • @genod308 Because one whale, Tilly, ended up killing a trainer, trainers have to stand on the platforms and sides of the pool rather than go in the water with the whales.

  • thats a orca i saw one now they dont have a orca because they kill pepole!

  • Better place?!?! Okay, I get that everyone's tired of the whole 'animal activist' act, but no-one can agree that being trapped in a tank is a "better place" especially for something the size of an orca. And I'd also just like to point out, the tanks that hold these whales are half the size of the exhibition tanks you are seeing in the video.

  • Okay I haven't been to SeaWrold since I as about 8, so they don't let the Trainers swim with them anymore? ;o

  • i might be a trainer for sea world, san diego for this show but i would be where the little part of the water area comes out closest to the audience is because i think from there the trainers have a better chance of not being attacked by the animals.

  • whats the music in the background called?

  • Theres more the one of them

  • the close relationship, aka food every 30 seconds.

  • cool

  • Why aren't they allowed in the water anymore?

  • @Smdw912 because in orlando, florida a 40 year old trainer dawn brancheau was killed by tilikium in a show.

  • @Angeellinaa Sikke mange danskere der egentlig er herinde. ;)

  • @MJJDance4Life I am from Denmark too, and I realy want to see orcas. And it is true what you say: they are the most beautiful animals ever.

    They are just perfect. :)

  • okay this is just my opinion but i have talked to the trainers many times and wnat to be one myself but they do not force these beautiful creatures to tdo theses things. if they dint want to do them they wouldnt. most of the ticks are based n what they do in the wild. Alot of people say that the fish are frozen they rent i have touched them before fed them actualy. the whales love i here.

  • Shamu belongs in it's natural environment. On the moon.

  • hello

  • wanna go here !!!

  • @legofrontiers

If you knew anything about Orcas you would know that their life expectancy decreases in captivity and they are not spoilt in captivity at all. Although some of these Orcas know no different, their enclosure is like a bath tub compared to their natural habitat.

  • @KatieeWalsh how do you know you havent been back there. i have its huge

  • those are some big freakin dolphins!

  • This is Beautiful yet terrible at the same time, Its amazing to see such amazing power creatures being so gentle and compassionate but then again it is so sad to see creatures this size confined to such a small pool, these animals belong in the wild. As amazing as it is to watch them preform this isnt what they are born for. Its cruelty. And although some may argue they where born there so its okay. It isnt. They are being deprived of a natural life. This has to stop.

  • you would think it would get indegestion swimming after all that fish

  • are trainers not allowed in the water now since the killer whale killed the trainer#?

  • how beautiful our life of an animal, we can see which animal species is a friendly, Poris I love animals. Congratulations on the video

  • Anyone else notice how the whole concept of the show is completely contradictory to the music? The lyrics are going on about creatures soaring in the ocean when SW have imprisoned these poor whales in tanks

  • Okay none of these animals are suffering. Their all spoiled there and their life expectancy actually goes up when in captivity, in reality that is a better place for them -__-

  • @legofrontiers You. have. got. to. be. kidding. me. Pretty sure spoiled animals don't live up to 1/3 of their normal life span. or don't die of pneumonia due to lack of fat in their foods. or don't die of cancer due to high radiation exposures due to the computer "behind the scenes" of their "wonderful enclosure." get your facts strait.

  • @legofrontiers did I also forget to say that dancing for your food does not fit the idea of being "spoiled". btw, if you don't believe me, the longest an orca has lived in captivity is 30 years of age or so. Longest in the wild? 90 years of age. go do your research.

  • @legofrontiers you think these whales are spoiled and enjoy living in captivity ? well then, lets just set them free and see if they come back to their trainers to be ordered around like marionettes or actually go live their lives in freedom in the ocean.

  • @legofrontiers Yeah, and they can't release them now because they were already bred in captivity and can't possibly survive out there. It would be cruelty to let them out in the ocean. The best we can do to preserve killer whales who live in the ocean right now is to enforce hunting laws and prevent oceanic pollution.

  • @legofrontiers They certainly DON'T live longer in captivity! In captivity they're fortunate if they make it out of their teens!! In fact, the oldest captive Orca to ever live is named Lolita and she's over 40 years old. In the wild they can live to be 70-90 years old and so far, NO orca in captivity has EVER come close to that!

  • @legofrontiers Lets say a dolphin would live in the sea instead for in a huge fishtank, and it wouldn't get attacked by sharks or whatever, THEN the sea is a better place for them. The cleaningthingies in the tanks give away sounds that we cant hear but the can. they get stressed and out of balance = a shorter life

  • @legofrontiers yes spoiled doing tricks for humans until you drop dead

  • @Drusilla76 just like my poodle

  • @legofrontiers - okay yes they get spoiled but hell no, they DONT live longer at all. The oldest orca in captivity is Corky 2, at age 43. J2 also known as granny IN THE WILD is 100years old! Males in the wild are at their prime age at 60 - 80yrs, females 80-100yrs. In captivty the oldest male orca that died was1/4 that age so there is no way that captivity lengthens thier life, it drops dramatically anyone who gave a thumbs up is stupid also. Did you go on websites probally not, get it right.

  • @legofrontiers Animals dont deserve to be in cages in the middle of skyscrapers and traffic. Being kept in zoos for the purpose of helping them recover would be a necessary thing. So the animal would not die and the species not die out, but they should be let go once they have healed. Its completely wrong, if you seriously think they are spoiled, you obviously don't do the CORRECT research. You wouldn't like to be held in a room, your hole life and just fed. No you'd want freedom.

  • gotaria de ter a oportunidade de assistir este encrivel espetaculo.

  • Not going to lie but these creatures should just be in the ocean. Not in some bloody tank swimming to cheesy music. FACT.

  • @Saffronandtheskulls Dude, Seaworld did not take the animals out of the ocean! Those animals were born at Seaworld!

  • @Brittanyfan32414 Actuallt, some were taken from the wild (eg. Tilikum). And anyway, captive breeding doesn't make it right. They're still not in their natural habitat and they're still doing circus to get fed.

  • @iloveabba100 DUDE, I went to seaworld camp over the summer! The traniers said that the animals were born AT Seaworld!!!!

  • @Brittanyfan32414 It's true that most of them were born at SW, but the fact remains that some were wild captures. Check out the Wikipedia page on Tilikum if you don't believe me. It's also discussed in a book called 'Killer In The Pool'.

And it's still true that nothing about SeaWorld is ok.

  • @Brittanyfan32414 not all of them

  • @Brittanyfan32414 Well how did they get there in the first place then dickshit!

  • @Brittanyfan32414 even worse they wil never know freedom!!!

  • @Brittanyfan32414 No, Tilikum and two other whales were captured in the wild. I know that for sure (the other two whales are dead now).

  • stupid video..!!!!! ihate it..

  • @nor793 idiot

  • i thought that this was pretty cool!

  • Comment removed

  • that was so cool!! (:

  • I watch with fascination and horror.

  • Why are whales always trying to eat people?

  • I cannot believe how people can even smile watching this. All I see here is cruelty, the poor whale suffers being there. I cant stand how this people earn money from this. It's sick.

  • @estrellasamarillas

then don't watch these videos. you're just looking for trouble.

  • LIBERACION ANIMAL!

  • nice vidoe but loads very slow

  • well no dip sherlock

  • Hate it when the audio is on the left side -_-

  • did anyone hear about the trainer that was killed by one of the orca's? i know that happened a couple years ago but still!! ahem KILLER WHALES trained or not trained they live up to their name. NOBODY reply to this message i dont wanna deal with people that argue

  • Everybody should know about the Vaquita the smallest species of cetacea in the world there's only 200 left and could become extinct just like the Baiji river dophlin which became extinct in 2006 thumbs up to inform pple.

  • I would love to be a trainer, too bad you can't be in thee water

  • That whale must still be relatively young because it's fin hasn't curved yet (which happens to orcas in captivity) either that or its a rare case where it stays straight. I saw this when I was younger, it's amazing, and those whales are amazing, but they shouldn't be in captivity!

  • Shamu is a robot

  • My boyfriend is in this video :D

  • You couldnt pay me to go to this place. Id rather pay the money to see these amazing animals in the wild instead of seeing crap tricks in a tiny swimming pool. Makes me sick to see this. Humans need a good shake till they wake up. I hope Sea World burns to the ground one day

  • breakdancing whale

  • @TheVlogSister Well said.

  • This is really beautiful, but extremely sad to watch. These incredible predators are meant to live in the OCEAN which is huge and limitless. It's so sad to see them confined in such a tiny aquarium. Even though I would love to see these beautiful creatures up close, I will never pay to attend one of these shows, because I will be endorsing this kind of treatment.

  • @TheVlogSister There are lots of whale watching tours you can go on, to see them in the wild! There even used to be a programme in Norway where you could get into the water while there were wild orcas about...don't know if its still going website hasnt been updated in a while. People call them dangerous but there are almost no documented attacks on humans by wild orcas. Says a lot. I'd pay a lot of money to see a wild orca breaching, but you couldn't pay me to go to Seaworld.

  • haha! i went to see that show a few weeks ago! that little story/movie of the little boy was cute!

  • And thats why i watch whale wars..... save da whales

  • Seems happy to me all that matters tbh!

  • @MissKiarna Thankyou :) At least you undestand where I'm coming from

  • @babybunkerboox Then you're incredibly selfish, & only think purely for your entertainment. You don't give a shit about the whales really. You should be ashamed.

  • @94CHL Um no...As I have stated before, I am currently doing an animal welfare course in college. Which y'know kinda shows I care. I think you're a very rude person, I've been polite to you and even told you I respected your opinion, can't you just leave things be at the fact we disagree? Whether or not you think I'm "stupid" Doesn't really matter.

  • @babybunkerboox YOU ARE WHAT?! You're doing an animal welfare course, are you for real? Are you seriously telling me, you're studying that, whilst supporting seaworld. Wow, i thought you would of thought these captive whales would be better off in a coastal santuary, where they can live as wild & freely as the possibly can. You seriously need to get your priorities straight. Im sorry, i find it hard too be 'polite' to a incredibly ignorant person, i would say i respect your opinion, but i don't.

  • orka's zijn geweldige dieren later wil ik met orka's werken

  • @babybunkerboox Because you're extremely stupid. Your justifying seaworld, just because they're not beaten with sticks, doesn't mean 'they're fine'..have you looked at the facts? the average lifespan of a whale in captivity is round about 7years, but in the wild its round about 35. That speaks volumes for itself. Well if you were not incredibly ignorant then i wouldn't have to 'throw my opinions on you' now would i? If seaworld saved these animals they would of kept them as wild as they could...

  • I guess if more trainers are killed. Only then maybe they will stop this treatment of these beautiful Whales

  • Just confining these Whales to a bare concrete swimming pool can be considered cruel. Sea World makes millions from making these Whales perform tricks. Day after day until they finally die. Sea World even put up video on the big screens of reefs with marine life while the Whales perform. Its all just so dam sick. We put murderers in confined concrete cells. These Whales dont deserve this. There is Nothing wonderful or cute about this.

  • @babybunkerboox Thats not 100% true. They don't pick up whales who can't survive in the wild all the time, most of the time, they capture baby whales, as they will be easier to train. An adult killer whale is extremely difficult too tame if its lived most of its life in the wild. These shows should be banned, its not right. Whether the animals are looked after or not, they would have a much better life in there natural habitat, where they belong.

  • i love killer whale

  • Wow that was amazingly beautiful

  • kkkkkkkk o cara de fudeu tomo na cara

  • @PandaBearGurlz The meat in my burger? :L I believe that is beef..cows. Not whales xD

  • those whales arent being abused. They are beautifully trained

  • @yeahjasmine They shouldn't be 'trained' though :/ They're wild animals, they belong in the ocean. This is not right, whether the animals are looked after or not. Humans are taking over, what right do we have to take a wild animal from the ocean, shove it in a small enclouser & use it for entertainment purposes.?& before you say 'the enclousers are not small' they are compared to the ocean, which are what most of the whales would be used too. We have no right, we should just let them be.

  • 0:10 ouch

  • @babybunkerboox but do u know how they get the whales to do the tricks in the first place? not good stuff. ill tell u that!

  • That would be called "Training" If you're so against training, you must also be against every single kind of animal entertainment, including the movies, all the animals must be trained for it. And if you are so against it, then I apologize. If not, think about what you just said.

  • @babybunkerboox Thats what u call it? "training". Well do u know what it takes them to "train" like that?

and yes I am that against it. Animals are born and raised in the movie business so they don't know whats actually happening in life. have u seen the movie Bolt? even though its a childish movie, thats how animals in the movie business think! So don't go all "I know their perfectly safe cus they "train" crap, cus it aint true!

  • @PandaBearGurlz Actually no they don't think like that :L Unless they're mentally unwell dogs in general. The Animals get to lead a normal life such as any other, but on certain days they train. I'm guessing from your stereotyping, you've only heard the very worst of situations. Most cases they lead normal lives like any other. People have jobs AS animal trainers and it happens to be a lot of fun, there is NO animal cruelty involved, and yes I would know, I'm on an animal care course in college.

  • beautiful, absolutely intelligent creatures

  • This is so much more intense at night lol

  • look if they wernt able to survive on thier own they would die i love killer whales i mean i really do i have a obsession over them like i own over 1000 items and i would hate 2 see them die out they are my life so dont jugde unless you are their to see it for yourself and i wish i could do that as a job and i would do that for free its a good experiance so all you people can shut up.

  • lovely videos.

  • @chery5620 Thanks for watching and check out my playlists of videos from SeaWorld, Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios!

  • Very sad to see the top predator of the world have to perform and be resorted to "ooos" and "ahhs" that it does these "cute" tricks. They belong in the wild. They were not meant to be performing for our amusement. Anyone who thinks otherwise is just in complete denial.

  • @Wildkittn6 Totally agree. Besides, the show is extremely cheesy, and the tricks are silly.

  • @Wildkittn6 could not agree more.

  • trop mimi =)

  • I love the story behind this show, gives me chills every time

  • @babybunkerboox None of these whales are rescues. All of them were born in captivity except for Tilikum, and Katina. Tilikum was 2 years old when he was captured in 1983 alongside 2 other whales off the coast o Iceland. They were NOT rescued.

Katina was also captured off the coast of Iceland in 1978. CAPTURED. Check out Ceta-Base (cetacean inventory) and Wikipedia. These whales are NOT rescued or "saved."

  • @GenerationEpic90 They should not be born in captivity full stop. They should be out in the wild, where they belong.

  • @babybunkerboox the fish they give them has chemicals to try and relax the whales because of the pressure they r in watch the documental...called ´the cave´

  • @isa7814 * the cove...my bad

  • trop belle j adore il sont super bien dressée et super gentil

  • @babybunkerboox

Are you saying if they mess up they get starved?

  • @FredIsWicked1 I just made a whole paragraph about how hey are treated WELL...do you honestly think I would imply they're being starved? o.O

  • @babybunkerboox

Yeh but you said 'they get food for praise' doesnt that mean no good no food?

  • @FredIsWicked1 Mm no..I meant what I said. "Praise" You know, if they do well? It's called encouragement. I never said they don't get fed regularly or anything of the sort. I thought after everything I said it'd be pretty obvious that I was showing all the good points and stating facts.

  • believe in what? they have the whole ocean in the wild it all adds up the real flipper commited suicide and lolitas brother kept banging his head against the side of the tank until he died, in japan they catch dolphins and the healthy beautiful young ones are sold to seaworld while the rest are slaughtered but i would rather die than live like they do for the rest of my life i know this because my uncle actually worked for them but quit when he found out what thwy were doing

  • @XxElena299xX lol, that doesnt happen anymore, they sent people to japan a looonngg tine ago abd they stopped it. but nice try
