  • jaaaaaaah gefällt mir sehr ...

  • @Musik1995Freak

  • sry but that makes me so angry black people either straight their hair and cut bangs and say white people anything ???

  • @lilavanill

Yeah, I always say: it is only hair! Let everybody wear it the way it makes them happy. It is a great thing that hair offers so much possibilities.

  • Love the red colour, are those the "Thermofiberhair"?

  • @PeggyInTheUSA

    Yes, I think color TBBG

  • Uh whats up with all the white girls getting weave boooooooo! Get and keep your own stylez!

  • @Latashatx1

Hey, sweetie, this is not a weave. As the title already says it is a combination of cornrows and open braids. Plus what has hair style to do with skin color? Please, so many african american women relax their hair so it is straight. Is straight a "white" style? Relax...we all just love to try new things and feel beautiful.

  • dramatic! Beautiful

  • @ForMyluv1

Thanks! She actually picked the bold colors herself :)

  • wt heck is this smh she looks a hot mess. but your braid nice. she just looks like a clown. the person who was filming this should have told her not to do this hair style

  • @Peachis911

:) You have got good taste. Thx, sweetie.

  • this looks really nice.. but i thought you can only do that with natural hair .. because it will ruin regular hair like its not strong enough it that true??

  • No, it is not true. It works with every type of hair when done correctly. We would lose a lot of customers if we would ruin their hair :)

  • Thank you, you are very sweet jessmo09! :)

  • about 10 years go, I wanted something like this to my hair, and went to a shop that did it, which was run by africa-american women, and they gave me a mean look, I'm telling you, if looks could kill, I'd be dead. And they would not do my hair, which made me so depressed, and they are the only ones round that does it. So now 10 years later, I do my own, took lots of practice, but well worth it. I still wish I knew what their problem was.

  • Hi Carmen,

From your profile I am guessing your are caucasian? More than once we have heard from our caucasian customers that they were treated unfriendly in other shops. I can only guess that maybe some Africans are uncomfortable with caucasians getting african hair styles. This could be a cultural thing or they are not used to work with caucasian hair, which requires different braiding techniques and experience. But I am only guessing. Sorry you had such a bad experience.

  • be happy that you didnt . you would be in pain and all the edges of your hair will be gone. because they braid tight with african hair and destroy the edges so imagine what it would of done to your straight hair. i want braids as well but i am highly considering my options and aware that it will be very tight. you should find a stylist that has experience with your kind of hair. just because they are black dosent mean they know how to braid ur hair type. and thts unfair how they treated you.

  • That's a shame. I find that a lot of the women that have shops can be rude. I don't know if they're tired or what. But I don't tolerate it. You can tell right away if they will be rude. If they are I leave. I refuse to pay all that money for rude service.

  • What kind of hair was that?

  • That was thermofiber hair

  • Nice job but she looks like a total beater (wanna be black or at least advertising for a black man). Would have looked better in her natural color.

  • Thanks! But I don't think she is a "beater". You need to know that this takes place in Germany. There are very few black people around. Over 90% of our regular customers are caucasian. The lady is a very nice person and her "regular" hair is dyed red as well. She just likes those bold colors.

  • I guess to each his own. (BTW I was not commenting on whether she was a "nice person" or not -- just her choice of hairstyle. :)

  • Ok, no problem :). I am not into such bright colors myself. But that is the thing with fashion: Everybody has a different taste - and that is a good thing. Otherwise the world would be a boring place :).

  • we dont have this in New Zealand the african women that braid or cornrow are rip offs and there designs are all the same ... im learnign how to corn row and braid so i can open up my own shop and be as good as these ladies

  • I assume there are not many Africans in New Zealand? Good luck with your shop - check out our webpage for a wealth of photos, designs etc. :)

  • Dat was gucci, prada and chanel wat u done to her hair.Lol

  • :) We are a bit more affordable then those guys though ;)

  • the other lady stop braiding bcause it caught her eye.

  • You are a very good observer :). Yes, the style was almost done at this point and we all looked over to admire it :).

  • that is beautiful

  • Thank you :) I love the style, too.

  • Wow! I love your style! Too bad you're not in Holland!

  • Thank you! :) Don't you have a relative in Germany you urgently need to visit ;)

  • Too bad I haven't! But when I'book a holiday to Germany I'll definately visit you! :D

  • :) You would be very welcome.

  • Thank you! :D

  • I like your nick...do you like Egyptian history by any chance? Just guessing...

  • Thanx! I am totally crazy about Ancient Egypt!

  • That's cool! I had a phase when I read a ton of books about it myself :). it is fascinating all right! And they wore braids, too ;). Well, at least braided wigs...

  • That's true! And a lot of beautyproducts are still used today. The Ancient Egyptian braids inspired me to braid my hair. It's always cool to meet someone who also loves Egypt!

  • Right! I love to use henna on my hair! That is also something the Egyptians used to make their hair strong and shiny. It works wonders on mine :). I don't care much for the human scrifice part though ;)

  • wow your work is awesome

  • Thank you, bronsskyn10! :) Please visit our homepage to see a huge photo collection.

  • Wonderful video!! thanks for posting!! :D

  • Thank you highbeam7! You are very nice :)

  • very great job

  • Thank you very much :). I apprechiate your kind words.

  • Oh ok thanks for the response.

  • wher are you guys at you do a good job lovin the styles....

  • Hi Juicy,

We are in Europe, Germany to be more precise. Please check out our homepage for many more styles.

  • Hello MagicStyleAtelier, thank you for your response. I believe that if the hair is too expensive to include in the price, then the hair braider is better asking the customer to supply their own hair. At least this way the client will be satisfied with the longterm results of the African hair braiding!

  • Yes, a lot of braiders in the US do it your way. It won't work in Germany. There are not enough stores selling hair and most people have little or no clue about hair qualities. If you bring in your hair, we braid it in and reduce the price, but no guarantee for the quality of the hair. Otherwise we use the hair suited best for the style or the expectations of the customer. The vast majority of our customers prefer to use the hair included in our prices.

  • You do very good hair- so I am told my braids look like 'hollywood' braids, but I am not famous ...not yet anyway lol!

  • Thanks Kaaleshairbraiding. Maybe you use hollywood hair? That is a brand I know ;).

Work on becoming famous...it might happen some day. How do you wear your hair at the moment?

  • MagicStyleAtelier, thank you- there is not a day that goes by that I don't try to make time to get the word out by advertising my website or service. Hopefully the ladies visit youtube too! Famous for me would be getting clients who wish to braid their hair in the comfort of their own homes, in a stress free environment.

  • I use many brands of hair- for synthetic styles the hair is included in the price. My favorite human hair- for feel, look, and longevity of braids is Milky Way, and Beverly Johnson.

  • Sounds all very good to me :)

We use an european brand of hair called "Dream Hair". I don't understand the places who use this terrible cheap hair that tangles likes crazy if you wash it just once.

  • WOW greaaat color choice. Will you tell what the colornumbers are? I love you guys work. To bad you live so far away.

  • Hi Synnnepetersen,

Thanks, it's so nice to hear people say they like our work. The colors were BUG (burgandy) and 613. Her own hair was dyed deep reddish brown.

  • i love the colors

  • Yes, our customer picked the colors herself from our hair supply and we all congratulated her on her good taste :).

  • i love the wavy look too

  • like it no wait love it

  • :) Thank you! Do you have braids?

  • How long did it take her?

  • About 4 hours

  • Great video! Very interesting to watch Abrehet braiding. Good music as always!

  • Hey, thanks! :)
