I have a question, I have a 1080P TV with a PS3 and HDMI cable, but when I play games part of the scren is vut off, for example some of the HUD will be cut off by the edges of the screen, how do i get the scvreen to fit properly

not really, you need to have a 120HZ television, this allows the refresh rate to be high enough to do this!
