I'm currently learning this piece, and I have to say, this is extremely tough to learn. It's like having your left brain and your right brain play different pieces at the same time while ignoring each-other at the same time. I hope to have this piece on my YouTube channel one day. Eh? His dynamics are fine, and his phrasing is gorgeous. And he's only 12 (I think?), so some mistakes are understandable. The only advice I can give is for him to make less unnecessary movements with his right arm. Doubt you could do any better HPIracing.

Listening to this, I feel like you're saying, "This is too hard. Here's where I've gotten so far. On to the next piece."
I admit this is a difficult piece; I've seen it myself. I know people that have taken months learning this in order to perfect such a masterpiece.

I'm currently learning this piece, and I have to say, this is extremely tough to learn. It's like having your left brain and your right brain play different pieces at the same time while ignoring each-other at the same time. I hope to have this piece on my YouTube channel one day. For now, I'd like to say thank you for giving me the inspiration to keep practicing this (extremely annoying and tedious) piece....well mainly in the beginning. The middle doesn't sound that bad to practice. :P

i heard mistakes and u didnt use enough pedal and U NEED TO USE MORE DYNAMICS!!! gosh all of these people post videos of themselves thinking they are soo good for being able to play a difficult piece but they dont use dynamics so they arent actually that good.

Eh? His dynamics are fine, and his phrasing is gorgeous. And he's only 12 (I think?), so some mistakes are understandable. The only advice I can give is for him to make less unnecessary movements with his right arm. Doubt you could do any better HPIracing.

Ben, you are an inspiration and a joy to listen to. My 6 year old son started playing piano last year. I can only hope that he will continue and put such feeling and emotion in to his work as you do. Thank you very much for sharing yourself with us.
