The Blue Spirit represents Zuko's good side and the one with the scar represents his bad side. Throughout the series he was struggling with these two personalities but managed to see the good in him...yeah this is for all who do not know...

Blue Spirit goes under Lake Laogai, but it was Zuko who freed appa after Iroh talked sense to him.

It wasn't the blue spirit who saved Lee from the thug-soldiers.

Zuko is flawed, But BS isn't any form of good.
