This blows my mind. Even though this video is obviously fake, it's amazing that so many people have liked it. In the vid description it states he found the video on a computer... so even if it wasn't fake, that means he has taken the private, intimate moment of a stranger and posted it on the fucking internet. If it was a sex tape then the uploader would be labelled an invasive creep, but emotion porn seems to be more acceptable. Srsly, if it's a lie it's bad, if it's real it's worse.

@QuixoticMcGee Lets entertain this. In order to require oxygen in lung cancer, two things need to have happened-1.Major resection of lung - we can survive easily with one, but may need oxygen. 2. Diffuse widespread infiltration of tumor causing gas exchange limitation.. Cancer of the lung itself doesn't make you require home oxygen. If he had surgery he wouldn't be out of hospital making videos in 8 weeks after making the previous vid. If he had widespread tumor,he'd be bed-ridden on deaths door

As an MD, I highly suspect that this is fake. Home oxygen therapy (also known as long term domiciliary oxygen), is indicated in a very few disease states. Cancer, is not one of them. Also, he talks too fluidly to be requiring oxygen. Someone who needs home oxygen will be consistently out of breath. Patients on chemotherapy rarely, if ever, require supplementary oxygen at home. Pity emotions override objectivity in the primitive human brain.

We get it that this is probably fake, but that doesn't change the fact that the while everyone thought it was real, it touched us. This video made me think so much and I even shed a tear. Even if it is fake it put across a strong message that there is so much to live for and that you should not take life for granted.
