That's no effect ;) the thingy behind this lesson is the volume pot on your guitar :) If you watch closely, you'll see that my pinky rolls off the volume (and on again). For this sound you need to have zero (or low) compression and preferably no extra distortion pedal, just a bit of gain on the amp.
Sounds awsome. wanted to know what the name of that fading in and effect was called. Is it an effects pedal?
